Good news for Metro riders- Upton station will be reopening tomorrow morning! Thanks to @BaltimoreDPW for fixing the leak and to the @mtamaryland Metro team for cleaning the station to get it ready for riders again.
Just a reminder that Upton Metro station remains closed. I know how inconvenient this is for our riders. @BaltimoreDPW is working to resolve the leak and we’ll reopen as soon as possible once it’s safe to do so.

Defense attorney J. Wyndal Gordon says the case has just begun. Says he’s disappointed in the ruling, but will continue to defend the suspect.
The first degree murder charge stands and the case will proceed in the adult court system.

The director of security has taken it a step further - moving just the members of the press downstairs next to the doors - while allowing the public to stay upstairs in the lobby.
There is no one here who can tell us what is preventing us from being where the public can go.

In an even bigger step to keep the media away from this case - sheriff’s deputies just escorted everyone away from the benches outside the courtroom.
Per judge’s orders, everyone must be in the lobby. I asked to see the judge’s order and was told no.
