After a nine year custody battle and nearly $300,000 in legal fees, Chris tried to rebuild like any responsible American would.
He invested roughly $40,000 into MMTLP believing a clearly stated conversion and dividend plan would be honored.
Instead, his money was frozen for years.
No resolution.
No explanation.
No justice.
When government regulators allow lawful investments to vanish into limbo, that is not capitalism.
That is institutional negligence masquerading as oversight.

Meet T.A., who blocked me a month before $MMTLP ran up - because I suggested on a Live 30 days ahead of time a run up to $12.50 was coming and reminding folks to lock in profits because YouTubers had no clue, and FFS not to hold it til it went private because shorts did not have to cover. $NBH youtu.be/_FKq94eSXjE?si=3eQW…

The entire concept of "counterfeit" shares is dumber than a box of rocks pushed by idiots, like Jim.
xitter.gq/_TraderZero_/status/17…
Replying to @JohnsFlowers3
Wall Street doesn't sell billions of counterfeit shares into the market, nor do they steal anything. The DTCC has to aggregate and reconcile all trading volume before the opening bell the next day. All imbalances are reconciled in pre-market, and any trades that are mismatched are picked up in the price discovery auction, and trading is opened at the price determined after this process every day. Shares can't be replicated and sold into the system.
There is no such thing as counterfeit shares. The system is loaded with the number of shares the issuer provides. That number is fixed.
The term "counterfeit shares" was coined to dumb down and gaslight idiots too lazy or stupid to understand the market mechanics of shorting a stock.
Share lending does dilute trading volume, but those aren't counterfeit shares. it's not adding more shares to the float. If there are 1000 cars and you borrow one and sell it to someone else, then buy one later and return it to the dude you borrowed it from there are still only 1000 cars.

Please explain how counterfeit shares are created, introduced to the DTC inventory, how they allocate ownership, how they are assigned a cusip, how the trading volume is not reported, how the NSCC nets the shares into a single short position, how the short seller gets paid, how the short seller avoids the trade confirmation and tax reporting and why a short seller would need them to to enter the positon naked or to close their naked positon.
While your at it since every counterfeit share would be owned by Cede & Co, a divison of tne DTCC, why they haven"t reported it to the SEC. With all of the tickers retail bagholders claim have billions of counterfeit shares, Cede & Co. Value of Assets Held reporting would be ridiculously out of balance.
You honestly don't see how stupid you sound? $MMTLP gave you brain damage.

I must have missed that PR on that Sage Geosystems partnership. No big deal, I'm confident it's legit. McCabe only partners with companies he or his lackey's own. Sage Geo owned by none other than Bobby Lance Cook, former TRCH "board member", A Series Representative and current NBH "board member".
Wasn't Bobby also the guy who was MIA as he failed to uphold his responsibility to protect the 65,000 shareholders he was supposed to represent as he was AWOL when the shares were trading OTC. Spoiler Alert: yeah, he wuz.

$RAPT up another 7 points for a total swing gain of 22% [unrealized), approaching resistance with some headroom into the $3s but it needs more volume.
Took weekly call options on $SVM for 25% unrealized. Ill trade both tight, with $15K each dry to plow into a volume backed breakout.
$AKBA +15% 😄
$RAPT +14% 😄
$EXFY FLAT (11/7 earnings 🤔
$CTXR -13% 😩 (no trade, archive WL, watch catalysts)
Spotlght Ticker
$SVM -10% 🧐 This silver play hsd shown strong financial health, with no debt and a fat cash position of about $215 million, equating to about $0.99 per share. The company's operational efficiency is also high, with a current ratio of 4.03, indicating strong liquidity and stability.
$SVM had a solid run from approximately $3 to $5.30 but has recently pulled back more than i think it should have, trading around $4.50. This dip is deep considering it comes despite positive fundamentals, which could just mean profit-taking then reload ahead of the upcoming earnings release on 11/7. Insider selling may have spooked some unfamilar with how the Chinese sell into runs on most tickers.
I reset my trading plan into ER, here's how ill trade this;
Technical Levels:
Support: Around $4.30, aligning with the 50-day moving average, which could act as a strong support level.
Resistance: Recent highs near $5.30 may act as a near-term ceiling, especially if earnings do not significantly exceed expectations.
Volume and Market Sentiment
The RSI currently sits around 48.52, reflecting neutral momentum but signaling potential for further downside if selling pressure increases.
Short interest is low at 3.31%, indicating that bearish sentiment is not overwhelming and that recent selling may primarily be profit-taking rather than an indicator of fundamental weakness.
Strategy for $SVM: Trade Setup and Options Strategy
1. Bullish Scenario (If Support Holds Post-Earnings)
Stock Trade:
Entry: Enter near $4.30 if the stock stabilizes with low selling volume.
Target: First target at $5.00, with an extension to $5.30 if earnings exceed expectations. $7 if they blow em out.
Stop Loss: Place a stop at $4.10 to protect against further downside.
Rationale: Given SVM's profitability and strong balance sheet, a supportive earnings report could drive a fat bounce off the 50-day moving average as traders load back up for another run.
2. Bearish Scenario (If Earnings Disappoint)
Stock Trade:
Entry: Consider shorting if SVM breaks below $4.30 with rising volume, indicating selling pressure.
Target: $4.00 initially, with a possible move to $3.75.
Stop Loss: Place a stop just above $4.50 to limit losses in case of a reversal.
Options Strategy (Earnings Volatility Play)
1. Straddle Strategy (for Expected Volatility):
Setup: Buy a $4.50 straddle (buy both a $4.50 call and put) with a November 10 expiration.
Rationale: This strategy profits from significant price moves in either direction. If earnings lead to a strong move, this can capitalize on increased volatility.
2. Bullish Call Spread (If Expecting Moderate Upside):
Setup: Buy the $4.50 call and sell the $5.00 call, expiring November 10.
Rationale: This strategy captures profit if SVM rises modestly post-earnings, with a cap at $5.00, while limiting upfront cost.
Based on all standard valuation metrics, this stock is seriously undervalued and a hot ER could send it.
ALWAYS trade your plan, enter on the target, don't hesitate, set your stop and only move it up never down. If the stock runs on heavy volume LOAD UP, move stops and sell when the volume and price action signal a reversal.

$MMTLP I think enough time has passed, 18K views, lots of reposts. It's magnified. All $MMTLP YouTubers, Spaces hosts, and their angry followers have commented publicly.
Trading of $MMTLP trades cleared broker to broker for only two days: Friday 10/8/21 and Monday 10/11/21. From 10/12/22 to 12/8/22 $MMTLP trades were guaranteed settlement through the NSCC CNS system, 303 trading days.
The stock traded 10/6/21 and 10/7/21 under delayed settlement while the B/Ds figured out how
they needed to handle trading. On Friday they announced B2B settlement, brokers couldn't clear the volume. They moved clearing to the NSCC on 10/12/21, market makers step in.
In case you are wondering, B2B clearing wasn't the escape from the guaranteed settlement you hoped it was. If you are naked short the other broker would get fucked. The risk of default and collateral would be through the roof.
Any naked shorting in $MMTLP (as is the case for 99% of trades made), was sold on the market to drive the price down and were covered before T+2.
They were closed in green based on time or in red on stop loss. Either way, avoidance of the FTD is paramount to the success of the strategy. They can't FTD or they give themselves up.
This details post is based on the attached OCC memo #49379 released 10/8/21 and assumed was the last word on broker-to-broker settlement.
Not true. I attached the last and final memo #49388 that was released announcing that $MMTLP would clear through the NSCC 10/12/21.
Not a lot of wiggle room here or my DMs, reread the full post with this closing statement:
"While the NSCC is supposed to guarantee the settlement of trades there's just ONE problem. THE NSCC DID NOT HANDLE SETTLEMENT AND CLEARING FOR THE MMTLP SECURITY."
with respect, I don’t want to hear shit about the NSCC ANYMORE as it relates to the MMTLP security. They were not involved in settling our trades. Period. End.
Do you $MMTLP. I've seen community guys get destroyed for less than this.
$MMTLP Ok... I am going to be as respectful as possible here, but there are some discrepancies that need to be addressed:
While the NSCC is supposed to guarantee the settlement of trades there's just ONE problem. THE NSCC DID NOT HANDLE SETTLEMENT AND CLEARING FOR THE MMTLP SECURITY. I called. Today. While they don't usually talk to members of the investing public, in my 3 minutes with the lady (now is not the time for jokes, Jack) I spoke to, I managed to finesse her into answering ONE question for my "case study":
"Was the NSCC involved in the settlement and clearance for MMTLP trading?" The answer was "No." "Never? Not one trade?" "Andrew, never." "G-d bless you two times, my dear. Thank you for your help!"
So, the NSCC, and their guaranteed settlement, means precisely DINKIS to our situation. I have the receipts to back it up, and the name of the employee I spoke to.
What does this mean? This means that every argument that says that we could not have an imbalance past a T+2 settlement due to the NSCC guarantee, is 100% incorrect.
During the TRCH-MMAT merger, shorts did not close out as expected. Additionally, it's widely believed that options were used to obfuscate short positions. There is no other explanation for why, after all the years TRCH traded, suddenly right before the merger options became tradable. If there was a large naked short position at that time, this would have left unresolved positions that likely contributed to ongoing imbalances.
We all know that the MMTLP security was made tradable by unknown parties after the merger. Given this context and the options chain issue, it’s reasonable to assume that this action might have been taken to obscure or conceal naked shorting practices. Introducing new trading mechanisms or altering the tradability of the security could have been an attempt to hide the scale of shorting and fails-to-deliver that were unresolved. Especially given that we already know that there was broker to broker settlement, and now that we know there was NO NSCC involvement. This cannot be argued against as a possibility.
A share audit is the ONLY CONCLUSIVE ANSWER (unless, as per FINRA, NBH brings about conditions where shorts CAN NOT exist). Especially now that we know the NSCC was not involved in the clearance and settlement of the MMTLP security. This was the only argument they had left. Now it's gone.
A share audit is, now more than ever, essential to provide an accurate count of how many shares are in circulation and whether they match reported figures. If this is the information we want, this is the only way to verify if a share imbalance exists. NSCC bye bye. Share audit... only way, grasshopper.
No matter how you cut the cake, the fact that we’ve been waiting for 20 months without a comprehensive share audit raises concerns. It suggests that the regulatory establishment might be (ahem) aware of the imbalance but is avoiding a thorough investigation. This suspicion is now compounded by all of the above, in addition to the lack of transparency and the ongoing issues shareholders are having with both their brokers and the transfer agent.
I’m open to the possibility that we are wrong, but it doesn’t seem very likely given all we have learned, ESPECIALLY after what I learned today. A share audit is the only way to definitively prove whether such an imbalance exists and to hold all parties accountable.
This is why, with all respect to anyone who differs in opinion, I will not stop pushing for transparency and demanding a thorough audit of the shares to uncover the truth unless NBH does something that forces a reconciliation (which I think they are). Our financial system relies on accurate reporting and integrity, and it’s time to ensure we get both. And whether I was here or not, whether this post was made or not, these issues won’t go away until they are resolved.
I do want to ask the @The_DTCC one question: If the NSCC was not involved in the settlement and clearance of the MMTLP security, who the hell had oversight on this thing? I'm going to start counting down to see how long it takes you to remove yourself from this conversation instead of answer the question. Maybe @SusanneTrimbath would know the answer and be kind enough to help us pick her brain on it?
In a way, I want to thank the person who challenged me to look into this. But, with respect, I don’t want to hear shit about the NSCC ANYMORE as it relates to the MMTLP security. They were not involved in settling our trades. Period. End.

$MMTLP Are these serious people who are saying that the Brda allegations have nothing to do with the "security traded as $MMTLP or Next Bridge Hydrocarbons [NBH]:?
Of course, they're not serious. The entire case against Brda is about the security assigned ticker symbol [M]eta[M]aterials[T]orch[L]ight[P]referred to and NBH. Both were and are representative of the former Nasdaq traded $TRCH. If true, it confirms what $MMAT execs stated before the spin-off, the O&G assets, meaning Torchlight Energy Resourses was of little to no value and remains as such.
The allegations and detailed examples laid out by the SEC describe how Brda set up the A shares to pump the stock price and sell shares to pay off debt. Who did Torchlight owe the most money to? Greg McCabe.
The SEC explains how Brda paid off the future management of NBH $20,000 per month in a secret backdoor deal in 2021.. Do you think it's a coincidence that the people in this screenshot all resigned from NBH?
There will be a lot more about this going forward. I believe NBH will lose the civil suit against them in court now and will cease to exist by this time next year.
I believe insiders, Pakikaras possibly, will testify against Brda in these cases brought against him.
The whole story is just now starting to be told. The Finra fraudsters are about to get told.

$MMTLP @JohnnyTabacco i heard the recording from earlier and you are misrepresenting the point I was making on Spaces Sunday.
You were taking about tradestation clients not getting shares, and others not getting shares of NBH. I pointed out that when shares are lent, those people wouldn't get shares. They lose the right to the "physical dividend" and you interpreted that I also meant they wouldn't get cash in lieu. I never said that. My point about cash in lieu was the value of the dividend shares is .0001/share. The conversion instrument was cancelled and has no value, $0. The borrower would only be liable for one cent per 1000 shares to satisfy the cash in lieu responsibility.
cnbc.com/select/what-is-stoc…
Let's clear that up.
Replying to @Outlier_999
@JohnnyTabacco is misinterpting the conversation. My point was that it was possible that the shares of NBH could have been received by the borrower, the person in the lending program does not get the NBH shares. The borrower would then be on the hook to pay cash in lieu - HOWEVER - the dividend at the time was worth and now is only worth .0001/share to anyone holding it. The borrower would only have to pay one cent for every 1000 shares. To represent my comment any other way isn't accurate.

$MMTLP - This could be accurate in dealing with the "short" concept, except, it doesn't look at what happened win the beginning - and its a fact that kills the whole Series A was listed legally - while I am writing a major complaint right now on behalf of an $MMTLP holder, our research is clear - the Series A Dividend was not, is not, and could not be a security as per the SEC definition of a security (as it pertains to oil and gas assets) - and as such, could not be assigned a ticker nor traded. This is in line with the US Supreme Court case on Howey's 4 factors to determine if something is a security, and by the application of the definition of a security as to oil and gas assets via federal case law. @johnbrda was actually right all along - it was a placeholder for the oil and gas assets it was assigned to represent - not a security that allowed it to be listed (illegally) - legal dropped the ball, FINRA didn't do its due diligence, and the Brokers all took advantage, including the one(s) that got it assigned a ticker. (determining what a security is in dealing with oil and gas assets has been developed through federal caselaw). I expect ALL HELL TO BREAK LOOSE now as numerous law firms will start class action investigations, individual shareholder lawsuits will be filed, and Congressional hearings will start to hear up now we are in an election year. @JunkSavvy @busybrands @JamesOKeefeIII @JohnnyTabacco @denniskneale
The whole "short" issue is a different story, but is likely linked to this initial event.
