Carrick being sacked doesn’t guarantee we’ll do well after he’s gone but sacking him is absolutely the right decision just the same as it was with Amorim and ten Hag.
He should have NEVER been appointed permanent manager and that’s a disgrace that falls on Wilcox and co.
Awful team yet again, please can we stop forcing Bruno into the XI when he doesn’t deserve it (not the only issue here asw)
It's time for team news! ⏰
🔴 Here's your United starting XI...
🤳 @Snapdragon
ALT United's starting XI, featuring Senne Lammens in our green goalkeeper kit.
My team for Leeds (A)
Lammens
Yoro Maguire Heaven Dalot
Baleba Mount
Amad Lacey Rashford
Mbeumo
But there’s no chance of this team being picked.
IP, Mount pushes up, Rashford & Amad hold width, Dalot inverts, Yoro tucks in.
Rio is embarrassing resorting to personal insults over that comment but this situation has exposed who’s performative when it comes to “looking moral”.
People have spent years abusing Shaw and others for their weight yet those same people are ridiculing Rio for being fatphobic.
Opinions on AI are too absolute.
It’s either they are destroying the planet or we need to use it for every part of our life.
There’s nuances to the debate.
AI can be a useful tool for research, medical imaging, and supporting human capabilities.
BUT -
- It DOES have environmental impacts.
It DOES destroy creativity when it is used as a substitute for human thinking.
It DOES have potential to cause great harm to humanity if mismanaged/not regulated.
Players that probably should be sold/released in the next ~2/3 years
Bruno
Licha
Rashford
Maguire
Shaw
Dalot
Mazraoui
de Ligt
Dorgu
Mount
Tielemans
Santos
Mbeumo or Amad
Cunha?
Šeško?
Zirkzee
Ugarte (how is he still here)
Maybe not all of them, but MOST of them you could argue.
Only ones I’d consider “safe” (to an extent) are;
Mainoo (face of the club)
Yoro
Heaven?
Baleba
Lammens (although ball playing NEEDS to improve or tough convos)
Lacey (if he can stay fit)
Not gonna lie, sack Carrick and bring in Fabregas?
No guarantee it works at all but the upside is huge. (rate his ceiling very highly)
Either that or just get Conte for some short term success but I’m not sure how him and the board would work well together ibr.
Awful CB but thank you Licha for calling out those above (specifically Wilcox)
Almost certain he’s gone next summer though and it’ll be for the wrong reason (like Amorim’s sacking)
🚨 Lisandro Martínez: “I expect more from our technical director”. 💣
“If you don’t change, next season it’s a big problem”.
“You keep changing managers but what about other areas?”.
“It’s easy to say coach, players, but also we have to see others?”, says via @NathSalt1.
Sack ____, sell ____ etc etc
All these change
One thing that doesn’t
#GlazersOut (and #IneosOut)
Yeah this is cope because of how shit we are but I’m also being slightly real because we do need these parasites out asap
Btw sacking Carrick is the right decision but it doesn’t mean we’re going to get better
Just like how it was with Amorim, ten Hag, Ole etc.
Squad needs a complete revamp, again… (one with a clear vision and proper execution)
And #GlazersOut #IneosOut
Goodnight.
