This is kinda wild. Coaching staff should be reminding the QB of the situation there but you're the QB. Had all the time in the world to check the scoreboard for clock and timeout numbers before the play. Passing the buck up the chain sucks.

I do blame coaching but it’s not where the average mind thinks. Once we punted that 4th & 5 away with a chance too essentially steal the game ,that’s when I knew DQ was pussy. You go for it in our territory with Athan vs the colts but on 4th down with JD you punt ? Vs the giants?

I love football with all my heart. Jayden Daniel’s was the 2nd pick in the draft for a reason. He has to be smarter. Year 3 JD can’t make these mistakes. Out of all possibilities ; a sack is on the QB. Play all is on the coaches but too take a sack in that moment is elementary.
