Find what you value and pursue it, preserve it, generate it. For me: beauty, integrity, relentless love, freedom, expansion. Eliminate whatever hinders these values from manifesting in your life. Transform yourself to embody them. Inspire others to want the wondrous world u want.
My supplement/nootropic stack is really simple because my only goals are to become more physically beautiful and to increase cognitive function + neuroplasticity beyond whatever capacity I felt I could previously reach:
Bromantane
B-complex
Astaxanthin
Chlorophyll
Oxytocin
Tirzepatide
Low-dose aspirin
Vitamin D3

If we are going to "figure out" something that transcends us, then we need tools that transcend us. Seems very obvious

The patriarchy doesn't want you beautiful, it wants you broken. Striving for and achieving physical and spiritual beauty is feminist

no offense but reading is literally the cure to brain rot and there's no work around to reading books.

Sincerity is rare. Most people aren’t capable of it. They don’t have beliefs, they just take the status-weighted temperature of the room.
So if you’re someone who is sincere, finding other sincere people can be intoxicating. But sincere ≠ safe or good. A sincere zealot can cause immense damage, without ever giving you any of the insincerity signals you’ve trained yourself to detect.
Replying to @mattparlmer
If you’re armored up against psychopaths it can be easy to leave yourself open to being manipulated by zealots
It makes sense to spend cogsec points on psychopath-proofing bc there are more of them than there are zealots, but in certain environments the zealots are the problem

The Looksmaxxer’s Wound:
If you hate how you look, there’s usually an underlying attachment of your worth and lovability to your appearance.
Beneath that is the belief that you must look a certain way to be loved, accompanied by an overwhelming pressure to improve yourself and a compulsive need for external validation, often through women who make you feel desirable.
This can manifest as a pendulation between pride, arrogance, and an almost manic drive toward vain self-improvement (mogging), followed by utter defeat and inadequacy when the desired level of attractiveness or validation is not attained (getting mogged).
Underneath this pendulum is often the shame of feeling fundamentally unworthy of love.
And beneath the shame, you may find the sadness and grief of a young boy who never felt unconditionally loved by his parents, and who learned that love was something to be earned through what he did, achieved, or possessed.
This can be part mother wound and part father wound.
Perhaps the mother left the child without an inherent sense of lovability, while the father left him without an inherent sense of adequacy. He learned that both love and respect had to be earned by superiority.
The original childhood pain may have had nothing to do with physical appearance. But later experiences of bullying, rejection, or societal conditioning may have attached themselves to an already wounded sense of innate worth and masculinity.
The two things you should love more than any other person are Christ and your freedom. To reach both, anything is justified
We have the tools now to become physically beautiful, any one of us, if we want it badly enough. Now the real mission is to become inwardly beautiful, to align your mind with God, your soul with greatness.

You either get good at transmuting pain and loss (and try not to take too long to get there) or you spend your life violently avoiding it. If you are someone of truly high openness the latter won't work for you no matter how hard you try

you will burn all the things that you think you care about at the altar of the thing that you Actually Care About
Triple light roast espresso over ice with raw honey and salt and a splash of whole milk I love you...
