What is happening with the Riverside Music Festival? Are there no noise bylaws in #Gatineau ? You can hear the EDM shitty noise a half hour away in #ottawa and the noise is coming from the Museum of Civilization or whatever they call it now. Last night it went on well beyond 11pm
