Got notified our flight was moving ahead of schedule over 45 minutes to 5:39pm and we’re still on the ground at 7:40pm. We cut our vacation short just to wait longer? @united this is ridiculous and a terrible representation of your services. Annoyed I paid for this.
@delta I’ve been sitting on the runway for over two hours and need to be compensated for wasting my time. The flight should have been two hours. This is ridiculous that your planes need this much maintenance before takeoff. Flight DL0598
The original boarding time was 11:10am and we’re still on the runway. And this is early December. I feel for those traveling closer to the holidays. @delta is slowly becoming less and less reliable for me. Appropriate compensation may get my business back.
