Nearly 11 months after Chris Mwenda @cmwenda93 died following a medical procedure (Endoscopy) at Meridian Equator Hospital, @ODPP_KE and @KmpdcOfficial , where are we?
@ODPP_KE : The DCI forwarded the investigation file in April. The DPP sought an independent medical opinion on whether the procedure should have proceeded with Chris's elevated blood pressure, and whether it was appropriate to proceed without an anaesthetist in the room. Has that opinion been obtained? What is delaying a decision?
@KmpdcOfficial : Correspondence of case 1/2026 has gone unanswered, no hearing date has been communicated, and it you not even been guided on the preliminary requirements.
How many more letters, referrals and months must pass before these institutions account for the progress of a case involving someone's death?
