I think the hate towards Mummy Zee stems from the realization that she lacks empathy, especially for someone who has benefited from the kindness of others. The woman is a widow. There are more compassionate ways to express your thoughts. Her question might have been harmless but the way she framed it made the widow sound like a potential husband murderer. No empathy, no compassion, just a woman being subjected to unnecessary attacks.
