If a firm has < 50 employees and has not had a 401k, 403b, a SIMPLE, or a SEP in the preceding 3 calendar years, the govt. will cover 100% of plan start-up costs for the first 3 years in the form of a tax credit. There hasn't been a better time to establish a new retirement plan!
