أنا فخور ببلدي و بكل أهلها. استقبلنا آلاف اللاجئين من دول الجوار، ولم نمن يوما على أحد منهم، وقدمنا الكثير للقضية الفلسطينية دون أن نزايد بها أو نتاجر بها لكسب التعاطف. اعتقد ان ما فعلناه هو سر تسخير الله لنا الأسباب؛ فرغم كل ما حدث وما زال يحدث، ما زلنا واقفين صامدين بفضله.
