The last 2 weeks I have went from 10 hour days x 5 to 16 x 5 + 5 x 2 to get us stable... Average LOC in 2025 was 30K /day. Average last 2 weeks 900k... Main difference is combining Cursor cloud agents with local worktrees working on about 5-7 problems in parallel at any given time versus 1-2.
