McCartney states Prince covered the "The Long and Winding Road" from the 1970 album Let It Be
He covered it multiple times live, rehearsal & oneof those DAT tapes from a live recording leaked recently
Heres one of the variants, live:

Je ne m'en lasse pas de cette première rencontre en mai 1965 à l'hôtel Savoy de Londres entre un jeune Donovan de 19 ans intimidé et un Dylan curieux qui reprend vite la main sur ce "duel" improvisé par la presse avec "It's All Over Now, Baby Blue".

This tribute from Ice Cube to D.O.C., right before the latter received his Paid in Full Award this weekend, was one of the most powerful things I've heard in a long time.

Death Row co-founder Dick Griffey once called the D.O.C. "probably the single most influential person in gangsta rap."
I spoke to the West Coast legend about growing up in West Dallas, writing "We Want Eazy" in 20 minutes, the crash that stole his voice, the secret origins of Death Row, piecing together "Nuthin' but a 'G' Thang" with Snoop, trading insults with ’Pac in Atlanta, and receiving a Hip Hop Grandmaster Award this weekend from the Paid in Full Foundation.

When we were in Vietnam we went to this cool record shop picked out a bunch of vinyl to buy and the guy at the counter was like nah you can't buy this, you can't buy that.
Which kinda sucked but it's whatever. Their store, their prerogative. Was not a Pretty Woman moment lol – at Sunol-Midtown, CA

The more I think about it, the more I believe that KA really sparked a lane for more introverted rappers. Not that there weren't antecedents, but he really showed you can do it without being a relentless self promoter as long as you build up your community of listeners.

When we were trying to come up with a name for our podcast 9 years ago, Dave started riffing on Ems horrible flow on this song and the name Dad Bod Rap Pod came out.
Both him and Nate thought the name was too goofy to actually use but I knew we had struck gold.
