One of the all-time best books I have read.
I highly recommend it.

There’s another book by Daniel Pink called A whole new mind.
His theory is that once we enter the age of abundance, we enter into the conceptual age where we seek experiences, not materials alone.

Haz de tu casa un lugar donde pasen cosas bonitas. Pon música. Cocina algo rico. Invita a tus amigos. Desayuna lento cuando puedas. Ten plantas. Abre las ventanas. Celebra las buenas noticias. No necesitas estar de vacaciones para disfrutar tu vida. Algunos de los mejores días de tu vida pueden ser un domingo cualquiera en casa.

Someone asked me recently why I still spend my mornings on calls with founders who haven't made a rupee in revenue yet.
It's simply because I remember what it felt like to be underestimated.
I have personally invested in over 70+ startups. Because I remember sitting in a room with five friends and a country that didn't yet believe electronics could be built here.
Every founder I mentor today reminds me of that room.
My advice to them is about three things:
- Solve a problem you have actually felt, not one that looks good in a market-sizing slide.
- Build your team before you build your product; products fail, teams pivot.
- Play the long game. Nothing I am proud of was built in a quarter.
If you are early in your journey and it feels lonely, it was lonely for us too. That's not a sign you are doing it wrong. It's a sign you're doing something new.

I’m in love with this sentence:
“Discipline is when your identity is so clear, you stop negotiating with your feelings.”

Major cheat code for life: Assume good things are still ahead. You are not behind. You are not too late. You are not disqualified by your past. One new season can change the entire story. Keep showing up with belief. The best chapters are often written after the hardest ones.

Major cheat code for life: Always assume things will work out, then do the work to make it true. It’s a mindset of active optimism. Earned faith. It creates a quiet confidence that allows you to tolerate the uncertainty of life better than anything else.

The best advice I heard from a stranger was this: give luck more opportunities to bump into you. Leave the house, take a different road, travel, say yes to new experiences. The more you do, the more life surprises you in the best ways.

Rumi was right when he said Live like the world is rigged in your favor. The second you move like you own it, reality starts bending to prove you right.
