This video, dance, and song are a powerful protest against the patriarchy that Kurdish women have long been fighting.
Here are some of the most striking elements:
First, we see the Kurdish women breaking free from the burka, boldly stepping forward in their traditional Kurdish attire, which has been suppressed for centuries by Islamic dress codes since the spread of Islam invaded everywhere.
Next, they dance on a graveyard, symbolizing the lives Kurds have sacrificed in the fight against Islamist oppression. Kurds have a saying: "Kurdistan is the graveyard of fascists," emphasizing that tyrants have invaded their homes, attempting to erase their culture and identity, yet never succeeding in stopping their struggle for freedom.
In their vibrant clothing, they don't just dance - they play instruments, shout their freedom with conviction, and perform their fight as daughters, women, mothers, and sisters. Their dance reflects how, after every battle and victory, they wash the darkness from their faces, braid each other's hair, grasp each other's hands with determination, and continue their Kurdish dance - a powerful symbol of their resilience and unity.

ISIS remnants are burning the property of displaced Kurds in Tal Abyad / Girê Spî.
This is the mindset of treating land and property as spoils, seeking to turn occupation into a fait accompli, displacement into a means of seizure, and intimidation into a tool to silence the rightful owners of the land.
But land is not spoils of war, and the property of displaced people is not a reward for those who seized it behind the tanks of the occupying forces. The forced absence of its rightful owners grants no one the right to confiscate or dispose of their property.
These attacks are not separate from the occupation of Tal Abyad and Sere Kaniye in 2019 and the displacement of their Kurdish inhabitants. Rather, they represent a continuation of a course of action aimed at entrenching a reality imposed by terrorism and occupation at the expense of the rightful owners of the land and their rights.
Responsibility does not rest solely with those carrying out these acts of intimidation; it also requires holding accountable the parties that support or turn a blind eye to them, and investigating the role of everyone contributing to the entrenchment of this reality.

إن المسؤولية لا تقع على من ينفّذ هذه الاعتداءات الترهيبية فحسب، بل تستوجب أيضاً مساءلة الجهات التي تدعمها أو تتغاضى عنها، والتحقيق في دور كل من يساهم في تكريس هذا الواقع.

روژان ابراهیمی، ورزشکار ۲۰ساله کورد، ۱۱ مهر بازداشت و سپس با وثیقه آزاد شد.فشارهای امنیتی پس از آزادی، ادامه یافت و او اقدام به خودکشی کرد. روژان نجات یافت اما به خاطر عدم احساس امنیت خواستار ترخیص زودهنگام شد و روند درمان را رها کرد.

I was delighted to hear how much strength our victory in April had given them during this difficult struggle.
The students have won. Through tireless work, countless gatherings, relentless mobilisation and organisation, and tens of thousands of miles walked, they have built a movement rooted in solidarity. By reaching out to their fellow students and citizens, calling for support and standing together, they have achieved what once seemed impossible: defeating Vučić.

Every vote must be counted fairly, transparently and without interference. The safety of voters, candidates, activists and election observers must be guaranteed, and the will of the Serbian people must be fully respected.

We are receiving repeated warnings that people linked to Aleksandar Vučić’s Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) may be mobilised to provoke confrontations at around 9 pm tonight, as the first election projections emerge.
The students want free, peaceful elections and a result decided at the ballot box. The higher the turnout, the greater Vučić’s fear of defeat — and the greater the risk of deliberate provocations.
Vučić and his government have allowed a climate of intimidation and violence to grow. They bear full political responsibility for preventing any further escalation. If SNS-linked groups are deployed to trigger clashes, Vučić must be held accountable.
We demand immediate police protection for voters, candidates, students and observers.
Serbia’s future must be decided by votes, never by violence.

صدور مجدد حکم اعدام برای وریشه مرادی | وکلا: فرجام خواهی می‌کنیم، ایرادات بر طرف نشده |
وریشه مرادی، زندانی سیاسی کورد، مجددا از سوی شعبه ۱۵ دادگاه انقلاب تهران به اعدام محکوم شد.
این حکم در شرایطی صادر شده که پیشتر از سوی دیوان عالی کشور نقض شده و پرونده برای دادرسی مجدد به شعبه ۱۵ دادگاه انقلاب تهران بازگردانده شده بود. این شعبه اتهام وریشه را «عضویت در گروه باغی» اعلام کرده است.
«کمپین آزادی وریشه مرادی» مطلع شده که نتیجه دادگاه از طریق وکلا به #وریشه_مرادی ابلاغ شده است.
امیر سجادی، یکی از وکلای این زندانی سیاسی، در گفت‌وگو با وب‌سایت «امتداد» که از داخل ایران به‌روزرسانی می‌شود، گفته است: «متعاقب وصول اخطاریه از شعبه ۱۵ دادگاه انقلاب تهران در روز سه‌شنبه ۲۱ مهر، یکی از وکلای وریشه مرادی (میرزائی)، در روز چهارشنبه ۲۲ مهر، به شعبه مذکور مراجعه و حکم صادره توسط این شعبه به وی ابلاغ شد. مطابق حکم ابلاغی، که ظرف ۲۰ روز قابل فرجام‌خواهی در دیوان عالی کشور است، شعبه مذکور، خانم وریشه مرادی (میرزائی) را به اتهام عضویت در گروه باغی، مجددا به اعدام محکوم کرده است.»
صدور مجدد حکم اعدام برای وریشه مرادی در حالی صورت گرفته که به گفته وکلای این زندانی سیاسی، ایرادهای قانونی و نواقص تحقیقاتی که پیشتر به نقض حکم در دیوان عالی کشور منجر شده بود، همچنان برطرف نشده است.
امیر سجادی با بیان اینکه «به باور وکلا دلایل کافی و متقن برای انتساب چنین اتهامی به خانم وریشه مرادی (میرزائی) وجود ندارد»، گفته است: «خانم وریشه مرادی مطلقا در هیچ عملیاتی علیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران مداخله نداشته و فعالیت‌های او مربوط به مبارزات نامبرده علیه داعش در شمال سوریه بوده و ارتباطی به جمهوری اسلامی ایران نداشته است.»
کیوان عزیزی، یکی دیگر از وکلای وریشه مرادی با انتقاد از حکم صادره و با تاکید بر فرجام‌خواهی موکلش در مهلت قانونی از حکم صادره، ابراز امیدواری کرد که «دیوان عالی کشور، همچون مرتبه پیشین، به دفاعیات و ایرادات، توجه کافی را داشته باشد.»
وریشه مرادی روز ۱۰ مرداد ۱۴۰۲، در ورودی شهر سنندج، با خشونت از سوی نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شد. او پس از پایان بازجویی‌ها به بازداشتگاه وزارت اطلاعات، موسوم به بند ۲۰۹ زندان اوین، منتقل و تحت فشار و شکنجه برای اخذ اعترافات اجباری قرار گرفت. وریشه پس از پنج ماه نگهداری در سلول انفرادی، روز ۵ دی ۱۴۰۲ به بند زنان زندان اوین منتقل شد.
او مدتی نیز در زندان قرچک ورامین زندانی بود.
در دوران بازداشت و حبس، وریشه مرادی بارها با انتشار نامه‌هایی از زندان و اعتصاب غذا، از جمله در اعتراض به صدور حکم اعدام، اعتراض خود را به شرایط حبس و روند قضایی پرونده‌اش اعلام کرده است.
«گنگره ستار»، از نهادهای خودمدیریتی سابق روژآوا و شمال شرق سوریه در بیانیه‌ای تائید کرده بود که وریشه مرادی در مقاومت علیه داعش برای دفاع و توانمندسازی زنان شرکت کرد و برای تحقق حقوق زنان با این سازمان مدافع حقوق زنان همکاری داشت. در همین بیانیه تائيد شده که وریشه مرادی در جریان حمله داعش به سوریه زخمی شد و برای معالجه به کوردستان عراق رفت.
وریشه مرادی علاوه بر فعالیت‌های مدنی و اجتماعی، ورزشکار و مربی رشته کونگ‌فو توآ بوده است. او به‌ویژه در فاصله سال‌های ۱۳۸۵ تا ۱۳۸۷ در این رشته فعالیت داشت و تقدیرنامه‌هایی از فدراسیون کونگ‌فوی ایران دریافت کرده است.
وریشه مرادی همچنین مشارکت زیادی در فعالیت‌های اجتماعی و داوطلبانه داشته است. او در دهه ۸۰ شمسی در انجمن پیشگیری از اعتیاد فعالیت می‌کرد. همچنین، در فاصله سال‌های ۱۳۸۷ تا ۱۳۸۹، همراه با دوستانش برای کمک به کودکان خیابانی کمک‌های مردمی جمع‌آوری می‌کرد و در فعالیت‌های ورزشی و درمانی مرتبط با آنان مشارکت داشت. او از سال ۱۳۸۴ تا اوایل سال ۱۳۸۹ نیز در سازمان هلال احمر فعالیت داشت.
این سوابق، بخشی از زندگی اجتماعی و داوطلبانه وریشه مرادی را نشان می‌دهد؛ زنی که پیش از بازداشت نیز در فعالیت‌هایی با هدف حمایت از افراد در موقعیت‌های آسیب‌پذیر مشارکت داشت.
سازمان‌های حقوق بشری، از جمله عفو بین‌الملل، درباره حکم اعدام وریشه مرادی و گزارش‌های مربوط به شکنجه و نقض حقوق او در دوران بازداشت ابراز نگرانی کرده‌اند و خواستار لغو حکم اعدام و تضمین حقوق اساسی او شده‌اند.
«کمپین آزادی وریشه مرادی» خواهان لغو کامل حکم اعدام، پایان‌دادن به روند قضایی ناعادلانه علیه او و آزادی فوری و بی‌قیدوشرط این زندانی سیاسی است. ما از نهادهای حقوق بشری، سازمان‌های مدنی و همه مدافعان حقوق بشر می‌خواهیم برای نجات جان وریشه مرادی، مخالفت خود را با مجازات اعدام اعلام کنند و برای لغو آن و آزادی او اقدام کنند.
نه به اعدام؛ وریشه مرادی باید آزاد شود.

این اقدام گامی است در مسیر دادخواهی خانواده‌های جان‌باختگان و نیز پیگیری مسئولیت کیفری مقامات حکومت ایران.

سازمان حقوق بشری هیوا با ارائه درخواستی به دادستانی کل فدرال آلمان، خواستار آغاز تحقیقات ساختاری درباره جنایات احتمالی علیه بشریت در ایران و بررسی سرکوب کردها و بلوچ‌ها با انگیزه تبعیض قومیو قومیتی شد.
این درخواست سرکوب اعتراضات «زن، زندگی، آزادی» در سال‌های ۱۴۰۱ و ۱۴۰۲، کشتار معترضان در دی ۱۴۰۴ و سرکوب‌های پس از آن را در بر می‌گیرد. به گفته وکیل پرونده، این نخستین درخواست در آلمان است که بررسی آزار و تعقیب قومی کردها و بلوچ‌ها را به عنوان محوری مستقل در تحقیقات مطرح می‌کند.
هیوا خواستار بررسی نقش نیروهای امنیتی، فرماندهان و مقام‌های تصمیم‌گیرنده در کشتار، شکنجه، خشونت جنسی، ناپدیدسازی قهری و بازداشت‌های خودسرانه و همچنین گردآوری و حفظ شواهد و بررسی زنجیره فرماندهی شده است.
هیوا با اشاره به امکان رسیدگی آلمان به برخی جرایم بین‌المللی ارتکاب‌یافته در خارج از این کشور، خواستار آغاز تحقیقات کیفری فردی در صورت وجود دلایل کافی شده است. این درخواست به معنای آغاز رسمی تحقیقات از سوی دادستانی آلمان نیست.
