Thrilled to be one of the eighty practitioners from around Australia selected to take part in @regional_arts #Artlands2023, a gathering of creative minds taking time to listen, share, lead and learn.

Last year, if I had to guess what would be the batshit conspiracy theory of 2023, I would have NEVER guessed it would be ‘town planning where you can walk to the shops’
Hey @oneteaspoon_ how can I go about getting in touch with you in a way that will yield a reply? I've been emailing you through the contact form since 19 Jan with no luck. You owe me money, and a dress, would love both! – at Broome, Western Australia
The sweet sounds of @auscouncilCEO @AusCouncilArts’ National #CulturalPolicy briefing accompanying my hair appointment across the country in #Rubibi / #Broome. Loving the joy and positivity in the zoom room. @AusGovArts
Thrilled to see #WesternAustralia, #Broome & #RegionalArts represented at the National #CulturalPolicy launch this morning by @missyhiggins. #WideOpenRoad: a beautiful analogy for the hope the sector is feeling this morning. Thank you @Tony_Burke @AlboMP @stemplemanmp. – at Broome, Western Australia
Massive day in Australian #NationalCulturalPolicy. Beaming in to Naarm/Melbourne from Broome on Yawuru country. I am feeling hopeful and positive for an inclusive, ambitious and achievable policy that will evolve and elevate our sector.

That’s it! I’m sick of heartache and I’m moving on!
And who better to start again with than the absolutely 100% REAL Bradley Cooper
I can feel the blood start to course through my broken heart and heal the cracks caused by weeks of pain
At last. Real love. Real, pure love.

Dear Teachers,
As some of you may know, if you have any students in your class who identify as Christian, they may ask to be excused from school to observe the Christian holiday of “Christmas,” more popularly referred to as Yom Christmas or Nittel.

Western Australian finalists of 2023 Australian of the Year Awards announced – Auspire – Australia Day Council of Western Australia. Our very own Board member and co founder Helen Shervington OAM 👏 auspire.org.au/news/western-…
Thinking of all my #UK and #Luton colleagues hearing their #NPO outcomes today. Also acknowledging how tough a week it must have been for my @ace_national friends dealing with a very uncertain environment too. Love to all and no matter the outcome: your art is important.
Fab turn out for @GoolarriMedia's @cinefestoz #Broome Community Day. So many young people developing interest in film making. The #CreativeIndustries contribute $3.3bn p.a. to the WA economy so @BroomeShire is stoked to see our local young people considering a #CreativeCareer
Thrilled to be finally launching #NineZeroesNineStories commissioned by @BroomeShire after a delay due to #CycloneAnnika. Meet us at #TownBeach today at 10.30 to hear from artists Paula Hart & Chris Maher and witness creative responses by Broome Senior and St Mary's students.
Such a valuable #NationalCulturalPolicy Town Hall this morning with @stemplemanmp. Thank you @AusGovArts for including #Broome. The backdrop for our session was perfect for a conversation about culture, creativity, inspiration and First Nations stories and self-determination.
The #Broome town hall meeting for the #NationalCulturalPolicy @AusGovArts is open for registrations! There are lots of great prep docs available incl those from @ArtsCultureWA and @_esther published in @ArtsHub. I'm organising a pre-session catch up too! events.humanitix.com/broome-…

Once again a huge thanks the @CircuitWest for livestreaming #ShowcaseWA and enabling regional access to the #NationalCulturalPolicy discussion by Libby Klysz. Can't wait for the @ArtsCultureWA regional Town Hall session on August 17.
So grateful for @CircuitWest's live streaming of #WAShowcase so I can hear @GwenKno16690504's talk on 'The Art of Engaging Communities'. So far we've heard about clowns and Vikings! Amazing for #Broome to be represented on the state's stage.
