Emberville has been delayed to Jan 7, 2027. I had an inkling this would happen after Steam Next Fest where more players got their hands on the demo. The game has so much potential; yet even if it's releasing into EA, it's better to be delayed & worked on than having to fix 6286 issues post-launch in panic mode.

I'd say we hear news about Witchbrook with an actual gameplay trailer but at this point I'm giving up 💀

Navigating the Steam Next Fest demos while scrolling through all the AI slop nightmare fuel is hell. We need a filter added for this.

I see a lot of disappointment that Coral Island isn’t making its way to the OG Switch, but I'm not surprised. Unless severe graphical sacrifices are made, I don’t know if the OG Switch could run the game. With so many terrible farming game ports on the Switch, I’d rather companies skip a console they know their game won’t run well on than make everyone happy with the announcement, only for launch day to come and we realize the game can barely run. Remember, Nintendo doesn’t offer refunds.

🪸This is not a drill, Coral Island is coming to Switch 2 this winter, along with a 1.4 update where your kids can now grow older, you can choose their hobbies, connect more with your spouse over your kids life and also watch islander's kids grow up too! Switch will support multiplayer as well as cross play. Would love to see touch screen support too.

Grave Seasons is delayed to March 9, 2027, mainly due to the console ports proving difficult to implement. I think this is the right choice; most farming games struggle with their ports so we end up with horrendous launches. I'd much rather wait than get another messy port.

I can't tell you how happy I am to see Witcher 3 all over my timeline. The best part is everyone is enjoying it, both newcomers and veterans. This game changed my life and brought me back into gaming, so to see it brought up 10 years later has me in awe💕

🪦Graveyard Keeper 2 First Impressions [gifted] Graveyard Keeper is back with a sequel, Graveyard Keeper 2 and it's a welcomed surprise. Voice acting is good, writing is hilarious, and its intro's structure is much more well done than its first. It still relies on you knowing what to do though, without "spoon feeding you" information. BUT, it's still a lot more helpful than the OG's opening. The grind is still there with a complex skill tree so I would still categorize it as a intermediate to advanced farming game. I love these types of games where I spend hours and hours collecting resources, crafting, working my way through a skill tree, so this is a gameplay loop I love to see. However, performance on the Switch 2 takes a hit with plenty of frame rate drops especially when picking up resources or when the fog is around, also an odd choice of completely removing shadows in the Switch 2 version. I am eager to try the "combat" next and see what other gameplay loops I can unlock next.
