I don't think I have the words to explain how special yesterday was, but I'll try.
The fandom gets a bad rep sometimes, but yesterday I was so moved by the love and care everyone showed each other. Strangers becoming friends, languages being translated, food and drinks shared.
All brought together by #MafinLove
And Marta and Alba? The genuine care and attention they gave every single person was beautiful. I barely remember what I said, but they made me feel like I had their undivided attention.
And eye contact with Belmo is no joke! 😂
We've been through a lot as a fandom. We've fought, cried and struggled, but yesterday felt like a fresh start.
A reminder of why we all fell in love with this in the first place.
