Ingraham: Is a 50 year mortgage really a good idea? Trump: It’s not even a big deal. You go from 40 years to 50 Ingraham: 30

A 50-year mortgage sounds affordable until the math. On a $400K loan at 7%: • 30-yr = $2,661/mo, $558K interest • 50-yr = $2,423/mo, $1.05 M interest You save $238/mo but pay ~$495K more overall. And don’t get me started on equity differences if you wanted to sell early.

When ppl tell me oh I don’t care about politics I’m like yall should care cause it’s gonna affect u, ya kids, ya family, ya jobs, ya healthcare, ya money!! Why wouldn’t u care about that????
If nothing else, the last nine months should have made it clear that elections matter. But what’s remarkable about America is that we have the power, as citizens, to change this country by voting. Go to IWillVote.com.
