You was leading on the man? You encourage him to come here? What were you wearing? I need these answers before I jump in to help.
Will be turning the other cheek the same way they do when women call to report harassment/assault👍🏾

The issue with people “letting AI do the reading for them” is that a society that does not read is a society that can’t think critically. It can be easily manipulated by authoritarians. When we don’t read we are less informed, more dependent on tech tools, and more compliant.

Seems important that in Fahrenheit 451, books were still “available” in single-paragraph summaries—“read Hamlet in five minutes!”—but the books themselves had been banned for being too difficult. Tech boosters see a warning and think it’s an instruction manual.

Personally, I read a bunch of classics in high register in college. I guess it was fun. I recently ChatGPT'd Aristotle into readable English, finished it around 5x as fast as a translation, and felt I got the main gist of things. idk does the pain incurred actually teach much?

Some biologists are speculating that the ash fall provided an excess of nutrients to the soil that allows them to reach the exponential growth phase. It could be that the ash killed many small insects/plants, and so they had a large amount of decaying things to eat.

Notes from my biology PhD candidate brother: Invasive species tend to go through three stages. 1. The introduction 2. Exponential growth 3. Population crash or plateau The rusty millipedes are most likely going through the 2nd phase, this could be due to many factors.
Millipedes do not scare me. What frustrates me is constantly checking that it's indeed a millipede and not the other thing... There must be some scientific reason why we are suddenly seeing a proliferation of red millipedes island wide. Maybe a biologist could explain?

Wherever you are in the world, you should be very scared about what is being permitted to happen to Palestinians. You should be very scared that journalists are being targeted, killed, jailed and tortured. And this should make you question every outlet that has not covered their targeting. You should be very scared that human rights groups are unable to speak freely, act freely to talk about the starvation of men, women and children. You should be very scared as to how every hospital has been targeted along with its doctors, honorable doctors taken Dr Hussam Abu Safeya or killed like Dr Adnan Al Bursh. You should be very scared that not every doctor and person in the medical field has not expressed outrage. You should be very scared…wherever you are in this world to see these atrocities acted out with such ease and to be in a world that is crying silently.

I don’t want to be tolerated. I want to be celebrated and protected. FIGHT for me. How long have Black LGBTQ+ been used for community and labor among people who don’t even respect our identities?! I’m sorry I’m not dealing with that anymore.

Barbados is back at it with these Sahara dust enabled third-world country movie effects.
Sahara dust is brutal. Why does the entire of my country look like someone laid on the netflix poverty filter?

Some couples have lovely romantic evenings cooking together. I get physically removed from the kitchen because I'm "too loud for souffle"
Movies love romantic scenes with the leads cooking together. Why isn't the chef sweaty and annoyed? When she dips a finger in the cake batter, where's his lecture on food safety? Why isn't anyone saying keep your stinking food and storming off? 0/10, so unrealistic
