The PBB Livestream on iWant generally falls OUTSIDE the direct regulatory jurisdiction of the MTRCB because it is distributed exclusively through an internet-based streaming platform rather than conventional television broadcasting. Under the MTRCB's existing statutory mandate (Presidential Decree No. 1986), its authority principally covers motion pictures and television programs. Online streaming services, including iWant, have not yet been brought under its direct regulatory jurisdiction (pending legislative review) So this email to MTRCB is moot po. Try DTI po, they are the regulatory board for contests. But again, it may not have any traction. and I, thank you.
