My final Halloween review for 2026 is Destroy All Humans! (specifically the 2020 remake) The developers did a great job resurrecting this classic Pandemic Studios game and reminding us all how great of a game it is. I really enjoyed revisiting this Review posted in comments ⬇️

The Halloween season in Animal Crossing is so cozy and fun. 🎃🍂 I like trying to have some of the spookier villagers in my town like the haniwa rabbit or the mummy dog and then when Jack shows up, I try to get his dope pumpkin head outfit as soon as possible

So we're getting hella close to Halloween. 🎃 What are your favorite Ghost type Pokemon? I've always had a soft spot for guys like Duskull, Cofagrigus, Phantump and Pumpkaboo I'm also a fan of some of the big dawgs like Gengar, Golurk, Giratina Art by @RubenSteven4

Man, I know were like thirty years too late for this fix, but I wish Pokemon would finally legitimize Turban as a Pokemon and stop pretending this guy is somehow supposed to be Shellder At this point, they could even explain Turban as a regional variant of Shellder

Can we please get Star Ocean First Departure R on Steam? I have to imagine that potential Steam customers are hesitant to jump into these games since the franchise's first game isn't available @SquareEnix @SunGod87

Replying to @_runescimitar @BlackForestTeam @THQNordic
I reviewed Destroy All Humans! and gave it a "Recommended" score, which loosely translates to a 4/5 on Opencritic. I'd personally give the game an 8/10. nettosgameroom.com/2026/10/d…

Destroy All Humans! Review

Destroy All Humans! is the wonderful remake of Pandemic's classic alien-themed pulp action-adventure game.

How I look at my kids when they ask for my help with something (I'm also semi-translucent and you can see the cosmos within me)

All of this branding is so cute and charming that Nintendo seriously needs to consider making a Pikachu archaeologist spinoff I picture almost like the Animal Crossing museum thing where you can see finished fossils, but maybe the gameplay is like Captain Toad Treasure Tracker

As a follow-up to my previous post about Phantasy Star, while I'd still love to see a full scale reboot from Atlus, I think it'd also be really neat to see these just get the HD-2D treatment
Rune Scimitar@_runescimitarFeb 10
I dream of the day that Sega finally realizes what they have with Atlus and puts them on rebooting Phantasy Star You could go with the old aesthetic or the Phantasy Star Online art style. Both versions of the series are so beautiful and unique A sci-fi turn-based RPG would rip

Well I did two missions back to back that permakilled literally every single available operator that I had, so I guess that's that

Picked up The Lamplighters League. I'm a big fan of the kinds of games @WeBeHarebrained makes, and I'm especially a fan of these sorts of early 1900s pulp action-adventure stories like Indiana Jones or Atlantis
