Joburg girls have sexualised padel and turned into a hunting ground for thirsty men who have since taken an opportunity to make events and bring DJs and alcohol to an activity that requires none of that bullshit. I once asked ukuthi in which sport do black women in SA excel in!

SARS Wins Court Order to Sell Five Properties Linked to MaMkhize
The Durban High Court has authorised the sale of five luxury properties in Sandown, Johannesburg, linked to businesswoman and reality television personality Shauwn “MaMkhize” Mkhize, as the South African Revenue Service (SARS) seeks to recover millions of rand in outstanding tax liabilities.
Judge Jacqueline Henriques granted the order on Monday, 26 October 2026, allowing court-appointed curator bonis Willem Jacobus Venter to sell the properties. The court found that mounting security, insurance and municipal costs, together with poor maintenance, were eroding their value.
The properties have a combined estimated market value of approximately R35 million, with a forced-sale value of R24.5 million.
Under the order, the proceeds must be held in an interest-bearing trust account while SARS institutes a separate legal action within one month to establish its right to execute against the funds to recover the outstanding tax debts.
Four of the properties are registered in the name of Israeli businessman Yaron Peretz, while the fifth belongs to 22 Aston Investment (Pty) Ltd. SARS contends that Mkhize is the beneficial owner of the properties.
Court papers show that SARS was paying R188,261.90 a month for private security at the properties, in addition to R97,922.30 every six months for insurance.
Municipal arrears on four of the properties had reached approximately R1.79 million by 3 October 2025. A valuation also identified damp damage and poor maintenance, while the City of Johannesburg had issued a contravention notice relating to building work carried out without approved plans.
SARS is pursuing combined liabilities of approximately R125.9 million. This includes about R13.3 million in Mkhize’s personal income tax debt, including interest calculated as of September 2025, and approximately R112.5 million for which she is held personally liable in connection with the tax debt of the Zikhulise Group, of which she is a trustee and beneficiary.
The revenue service has already recovered approximately R6.1 million through auctions of vehicles, luxury bags and other movable assets.
MaMkhize, her son Andile Mpisane and related entities opposed the application, arguing that the proposed sale was premature and not sufficiently urgent. They also raised concerns that the sale would deprive them of their primary residence.
Henriques rejected their arguments, finding that the ongoing expenses and deterioration justified converting the properties into cash to preserve their value. She also noted that Mkhize had other properties available and that Mpisane's court papers listed an address in La Lucia, Durban.
“Paying tax is not a punishment, it is a responsibility,” Henriques said in her judgment. The respondents who opposed the application were ordered to pay the legal costs.
The properties have been subject to a preservation order since November 2024 under the Tax Administration Act.
The latest ruling authorises their sale but does not give SARS immediate access to the proceeds. The money must remain in trust pending further legal proceedings to determine whether it can lawfully be used to settle the outstanding tax liabilities.

Exactly the point most idiots like Songezo Zibi don't want to understand.
Initially, I didn't care for this Halaal discourse until I started to seeing a common pattern: Black South Africans are continuously expected inconvenience themselves to cater to minority groups who would never afford them the same benefit.
