Last night, we were out with friends. And by friends, I mean my friends and their husbands. Naturally , napag-usapan ang JeoLee because they're practically taking over everyone's timelines. Everyone seems to be riding the clout now, from Cong to Malupiton. Kaya pala ang dami nilang fanboys! 😂 Anyway, these were the husbands' POVs, and what I found interesting was the difference between the two girls and what they bring out in Jeo. Gehlee is the girl he WANTS but thinks he CAN'T HAVE. She's the one who makes him giddy over the smallest things. Every little gesture from her feels like a big deal because there's that element of admiration. She's someone he probably thinks is way out of his league, someone he believes could NEVER like someone like him back, even though deep down, he secretly hopes she would. Shea is the girl he LIKES BEING AROUND because he feels WANTED, TOO. There's comfort and ease in their connection because the effort is reciprocated. She's giving him time, attention, and effort, making him feel that his presence is wanted and his interest is welcomed. He doesn't have to wonder as much where he stands because she's also meeting him halfway. See the difference? With Gehlee, there's the thrill of wanting someone who feels almost out of reach. With Shea, there's the comfort of being around someone who makes him feel that his interest is reciprocated. One brings out the kilig of longing...the other brings out the happiness of being wanted back.
