Gambling addiction doesn’t ruin lives. Addicted to gambling the wrong way does. Only a few of you will understand this. Im addicted to gambling. I wake up at 12:30am every single day. I find value bets. Once I’m done placing the bets, I go about my day. I probably watch 10% of the action I place, most days it’s less. Knowing that my edge is dominant, I could care less about the results. The outcome can’t be controlled, only the price I play. It’s all math and probability. I don’t chase losses. I don’t stress when a bet is losing (because I don’t fucking care). I’m not glued to my phone. I’m not running to the bathroom at a family function to sweat a bet. I’m not sitting at the dinner table with my bets in my hand. You get what I’m saying? You can be addicted to gambling and be completely fine, but if it consumes your life and becomes a distraction , it turns into a disease that will slowly ruin your life.
