Raising some eyebrows among Dems - a petition about demanding a non Jeffries speaker being amplified by Mark Ruffalo and some on the left …. Is being led by someone being compensated in connection with the petition xitter.gq/markruffalo/status/211…

this is who started the petition. At no point in her video does she mention she’s getting a cut. there is a hashtag but idk it doesn’t seem like enough. Oh well, she walked away with 80k in commish and the org walked away with your info. Great work ppl.

A pointless petition to stop Hakeem Jeffries from becoming Speaker has racked up nearly a million signatures and ofc it turns out the social media influencer behind it could make approximately a quarter of a million dollars from it

I'm seeing Mark Ruffalo promoting a petition to block Hakeem Jeffries from becoming the next Speaker of the House, while Hasan Piker, Mehdi Hasan, George Conway, Ron Filipkowski and others are criticizing his remarks on Morning Joe yesterday. So I have to ask: Did they actually watch his FULL interview? 🔵 Jeffries didn't dismiss accountability. He explicitly DEMANDED it. 🔵 He clearly connected Trump's corruption to the affordability crisis. 🔵 He explained how Trump's war in Iran contributed to higher gas, diesel, fertilizer and grocery costs. 🔵 And he promised congressional oversight guided by facts, law and the Constitution. 🔵 And he made the distinction between ACCOUNTABILITY and RETRIBUTION. That distinction matters. Democrats didn't just win an election. They made promises to millions of Americans struggling to afford groceries, housing, healthcare and basic necessities. Now is the time to unify and deliver, not for ignorant divisiveness that weakens our collective power. LET'S BE CLEAR: Delivering does NOT mean giving Trump or anyone else a free pass. Jeffries was beyond clear about the below ⤵ ‣ Investigate corruption. ‣ Follow the money. ‣ Issue subpoenas. ‣ Hold wrongdoers accountable. ‣ And if the evidence supports impeachment, pursue it. But making impeachment the opening act before the new Congress even convenes? That's not a substitute for governing. Jeffries understands that Democrats have to do BOTH. Criticism is healthy. Holding leadership accountable is essential. But there's a difference between demanding results and undermining a prospective Speaker before he's had the opportunity to deliver. #AffordabilityAndAccountability pave the path to the future we're all fighting for. Not retribution. Not political theater. Listen to what Jeffries is actually saying before attacking him. And watch the FULL FUCKING interview ⤵ before yapping your fucking traps! realclearpolitics.com/video/…

The worst-performing Democrats in competitive Senate races were the candidates Bernie endorsed. (link in next tweet, no paywall)

Chuck Schumer will be the Majority Leader. Hakeem Jeffries will be Speaker of the House. Anyone crying about this is not a serious person. Both men did a phenomenal job recruiting candidates, supporting them, and ultimately delivering one of the best midterms wins ever.

The Speaker will be chosen in 2 weeks. Jeffries will win. Schumer too. Why? Because they are the ones who recruited these candidates who flipped the nation blue. Most if not all elected Dems owe loyalty to them. Those that don't respectfully fear them. Get over yourself.

If you’d like to sue me for defamation, here are the claims I’m making, I’ll put them all in a tweet for you to cite in your complaint: 1. You, beyond a shadow of a doubt, shocked the fuck out of your poor dog, the one that you lie about adopting randomly but instead absolutely got from a breeder. 2. You solicited nudes from your fans on Twitch, and were sharing nudes (at least almost certainly of minors) to other streamers, friends and journalists, a practice you’ve defended since you went by “Bro Tips” on The Young Turks. 3. You invent a large part of your backstory when you do interviews and incorporate sections of my life and pass them off as your own experiences, probably because you’re insecure about your nepotistic and spoiled upbringing. 4. You have a strange sexual obsession with me for some reason, also likely sprouting from your own personal insecurities and deep attraction to my physical appearance and personality. 5. You gleefully attended multiple Diddy parties during your frat years and beyond, despite describing what sounded like CSAM being openly shown at one of them. You lie and say you broke up with an ex for going to one of these because you were so disgusted with her attending, but in reality you broke it off with her because you were insecure about her potentially hooking up with someone else at the party. 6. There are accusations from a former close friend of Paris Jackson that you were fucking her when she was only 17 and you were 24. 7. You were obsessed with bragging about smashing freshman and 18 year olds back when you were in college and then later on Bro Tips, especially due to their susceptibility to alcohol and lack of experience. You repeated this behavior on your social media accounts as well. 8. You abused your older dog, Fish, so much that he had physical scars and open wounds visible on his neck, and some abuse was even shown on your stream, such as when you would yank his tail. He also died at a suspiciously early age. 9. A huge portion of your China and Cuba trips were paid for completely by foreign governments that are openly hostile to the United States of America, and you are dishonest about disclosing these payments to your audience. 10. You openly support terrorists and terrorism against allies of the west across the globe, which probably explains why multiple members of your audience have been indicted by the FBI at this point. You have explicitly called for at least some of this harassment on your own stream. See you in court!
Hasan mocks Destiny's election stream viewcount and hints at suing him and other detractors "The pirate rebroadcasters on YouTube had more viewers..I'm not at liberty to discuss any further..but yes more are coming..I'm sick and tired of it..people need to recognize that they can't get away with lies and smears and slander, they have gotten away with it for too long. I think we're gonna bring back, by force, through the courts"

The response to this is the maddest I’ve ever seen Twitter leftists get about Trump. Damn, I should’ve tweeted this BEFORE the election.
I thought Trump 2 was gonna be way worse. Every day now I wake up with a euphoric sense of relief

Appears to be absolutely MASSIVE protests all across the US yesterday and this platform is so skewed to the Trump/Putin side that this is the first I've seen or heard of it.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The montage uses recycled footage from larger 2025 and March 2026 No Kings protests, not Oct 17 2026 Vote Early events. Those were smaller localized gatherings (hundreds to thousands per city) focused on early voting, not the massive crowds shown. nytimes.com/2026/10/17/us/… abc7ny.com/post/no-kings-… minnesotareformer.com/2026/10/17/hun… npr.org/2026/10/17/nx-…

As I prepared for the interview by researching his commentary, I realized that Piker is right to complain that the handful of frequently repeated controversial statements fail to accurately represent his worldview. In fact, it’s much worse than those quotes suggest. theatlantic.com/ideas/2026/1…

We currently see no signs from Russia that it wants to end the war. We see no basic steps toward de-escalation. Everyone is talking about diesel and forgetting about grain. In a month or two, everyone will start talking about an agricultural crisis. There won’t be enough food for countries across Africa, some Asian countries, and the Middle East, because we export millions of tons of grain to these very markets. And now Russia is blocking the sea. The United States isn’t feeling the effects of this, which is why the focus is only on energy. This is another challenge. It’s hunger. And it can affect many countries. And we need to think about everything and everyone, because we all live on this planet. We can prevent many different crises before they even begin and avert the challenges they bring. From remarks at the Warsaw Security Forum. (2)

Tapping the sign.
Marxists are legitimately religious people who think that if you read their holy texts earnestly, you immediately have to convert to their religion. If you don't, your inability to see God's light just makes you very dull. In the same way believers cannot accept anyone reading the Bible/Quran and not coming off convinced without a backhanded insult. Every educated person knows who the gravedigger is supposed to be according to Marx and why. I was indirectly asking a meta question about why they're not digging the grave and why people like you are necessary. But the "READ MARX!!1" tic is just too strong for the faithful, as if a certain Lenin didn't already feel forced to conclude the proletariat are never going to do the revolution on their own and that the vanguard is needed to nudge them into this direction.

I said I've got the receipts – and I do. Here they are in one thread, the full piece out at @PirateWires. 🧵 Background: my recent investigation exposed an extensive propaganda network that coordinates the dissemination of content sourced from foreign terror organizations across @Reddit. The piece shows how widespread and deliberate the network is, with clear procedures and protocols for vetting new members, communicating online, posting, and coordinating engagement like mass upvoting or downvoting. But the investigation also accomplished something else: through a series of unexpected developments following publication, it led me down a rabbit hole following the workings of a highly influential node within the Israel-Palestine information war. This is an anonymous person who goes by @zei_squirrel, who’s amassed hundreds of thousands of followers across multiple platforms, and who directs them in targeted raids on strategically important discourse operations. As I got further and further down the rabbit hole, I began to realize that — taken together — Zei’s tactics illustrate a detailed, comprehensive blueprint for how information warfare is fought today. /1
I have ALL the receipts. All of them.
