@JetBlueleft my family stranded at BOS for 10 hours overnight after cancelling B6 591. They denied a hotel for "weather"—but skies were clear & the pilot told us it was a flight attendant shortage! Forced to rent a car at 4am with a 1-year-old. Then you cancelled our rebook! 1/2

@JetBlue With no reliable flights, had to drive 22 hrs to get our baby home safely, hitting us with a $2k emergency @Avis bill due to your operational negligence. A basic flight refund isn't enough. We expect corporate escalation to cover these damages. Case filed with DOT. 2/2

Not @jetblue stranding us at the airport at 2am with a 1 year old and not accommodating a rental car or hotel after a cancelled flight when it was THEIR fault. No car seat so we can’t leave the airport no flights for 2 days. Absurd
