So my dad and sister are watching there programme, so for me and my mum to talk is by texting, but we laugh at each text we send or receive and because of that we are getting told off by them😂😂😂 Honestly try it.. funniest thing

The Ladies are taking part in the November Burpee Challenge to help raise money and awareness for the Bone Cancer Research Trust 👏 The girls have to complete 2000 burpees each, in November, that’s over 60 burpees a day! 🙌🏻 The challenge got underway yesterday at training 😨💪🏼

The ladies received a donation today from Marie, she volunteers her time every week to the team and has donated enough money to enable the ladies to afford to train on astro now that the nights are drawing in.
