Here's the alpha: only the 2,520 Seat NFTs can mint new fund shares at NAV. Each seat works like a broker. It earns a permanent share of fees in USDG, gets its own shop link with up to 5% commission, and is the only thing that can capture the premium when a fund trades above NAV.
Staking robinhood:0xfce34d21a92069100e3226638140706cf03a266e on a seat raises its rank from Intern to Partner, which means a higher mint cap and up to a 10x fee multiplier. Filling every seat even at Analyst rank would take 2.5x the entire supply, so seats have to compete for the stake that ranks them up.
The whitelist and mint are coming soon, with the date and price still to be announced.

Let me explain something to you, and why this is actually the easiest money you could possibly make in your life.

The 'golden floor' is meant as a proof of concept to demonstrate what's possible with Goldstein treasury management. Some thoughts:
1. Fungible Treasury owned liquidity is a game changer, especially with RWA pairs. Owning an unlocked GLDSTN/GLD pool enables the firm to reshape liquidity for the firm's max benefit. Don't worry haters, we have a locked USDG anchor pool as well.
2. The golden floor strategy is simple: huge buywall at strong support, as robinhood:0xfce34d21a92069100e3226638140706cf03a266e makes higher lows the treasury accumulates more assets and fees, and methodically raises the floor to the next support level, increasing bid size each time to keep a target ratio against the entire floating supply.
3. Effectively this shape makes GLDSTN more of a fractionally backed asset by Gold in addition to the traditional LP.
4. GLDSTN holders and firm members now have the assurance that the treasury has their back with a massive buy wall at support.
5. I'm not going to claim the floor is bulletproof, because it's not. I've been around too long and seen too much to know that anything can happen. However, the goal here is to leverage RWAs, in this case tokenized gold, to set us free from those pesky 90% drawdowns that we all know too well in crypto.
6. This is just one example of what's possible with the treasury, cooked by myself and team. I'm not a market maker. Imagine what can be done once the Partners are established and bring their combined expertise.
