NEW: The Registrar in Shasta County, CA disputes LA County's Claim that it can not temporarily segregate mail-in ballots to determine citizenship.
Clinton Curtis, the Shasta County Registar, also a licensed attorney in New York, writes under penalty of perjury:
"Electronic information management systems that are used for voting in California can flag the ballots of likely noncitizens identified by the United States, and the sorting machines can segregate those electronically flagged ballots while determining citizenship under state and federal law. Manual procedures also exist to segregate ballots cast by individuals believed to be noncitizens."
Interesting, my takeaway is that we can't rely on Elected officials and that individuals need to flood the District Courts with local challenges and disenfranchisement for claims

They simply cannot handle reality.

Boomer Law School Profs are getting axed and nervous about more cuts. @BrianLeiter has blocked me for stating this basic fact: Law Schools and the ABA are diminishing rapidly in power and influence - and this is a good thing.
Notice: 1) She carefully baits the administration using a post that restricts comments 2) the DOJ finally was able to get the ABA to drop all CRT and DEI course requirements (her classes) 3) over 14 law schools are shutting down, as are Universities smashing programs and costs due to vanishing demand 4) She now has evidence for a retaliation claim if her job is put in jeopardy.
