Tbh, dating someone who naturally keeps you updated on everything they do without having to be asked is such a beautiful thing.

I’m in love with this sentence: “Every pattern in your life repeats until you learn the lesson. The moment you choose differently, the loop ends and growth begins.”

If you are looking to travel the world for work, conferences, competitions, summits, volunteering, workshops, education, and more across Pakistan, Nigeria, SA, UAE, Nepal, India, Ghana, the UK, the US, and beyond. I spent hours during the weekend finding companies abroad that are actively hiring and funding and compiled them into one sheet. Application links, eligibility criteria have been added, so all you have to do is review the sheet and apply. drive.google.com/file/d/1zSJ…

Just don't die. Survive long enough to figure out what works. As you walk the way, the way appears. Just keep doing and doing and doing, and eventually you'll get it right.

There is an unwritten rule to life that most people never get told. After every long stretch of hardship and uncertainty, a period comes where you make quantum leaps across multiple areas of your life at once. It happens all at once, and it happens because of everything you survived before it. The only requirement on your end is simple. Do not give up on yourself before that period arrives.

Become dangerously educated. Become a well-learned person. Harder to fool. Sharper in conversation. Better at reading situations. Able to draw on centuries of knowledge and wisdom. More informed. More interesting. More capable. Learn relentlessly. A well-lived, well-informed mind is very difficult to manipulate, intimidate or contain.

Just because someone keeps you around doesn’t mean they’re choosing you. People keep you close because they like having access to you. They like your attention, your comfort, your loyalty, the way you’re always there when they need you. But being wanted when it’s convenient isn’t the same as being intentionally chosen. Choosing you means being clear about wanting you in their life. It means showing up, making an effort, making room for you and giving you something solid enough that you don’t have to constantly question where you stand. Don’t confuse being kept around with being chosen. You deserve someone who doesn’t just want access to you. You deserve someone who genuinely wants a life with you.

Take the blame and disappear. Become the villain and exit the story. There's no point writing paragraphs explaining how someone's actions made you feel. There's no point trying to make someone understand they wronged you when they lack the basic capacity for accountability.

Find audacity. There is nothing that will help you more in this life than audacity. Find it. Let it push you to silence the noise, go back to school, leave the country, start a business, take risks, and fight for your life.

My secret is, I do what works for me. I don't bother a soul, I don't compare, I don't copy, I don't watch and I couldn't care less about anyone's perception of me. I genuinely support others unless you show me you're not deserving. I'm always in my own lane. Riding my own wave. With my eyes on my own prize.

This is actually so true. When you force yourself to use your non-dominant hand, your brain is immediately kicked out of autopilot. The first few days are frustrating. Your handwriting looks like a total mess and your fingers cramp up. But because it’s hard, you’re forced to give every single letter your full, deliberate focus. You can’t zone out. That friction is what triggers neuroplasticity. It forces your brain to wake up and build entirely new pathways. It takes whatever affirmation you’re writing and burns it straight into your subconscious instead of just surface level repetition. If you feel stuck or mentally foggy, try doing this for just 21 days. Write just one intention a day with your opposite hand. Treat it as a daily brain reset and see what happens.
