According to IHL hackers / hacking groups are not combatants they are civilians. But if civilians (hackers) are taking a direct part in hostilities then you can be considered a combatant and you wont get combatant protection under rules of war @DEFCONPolicy @IhlRedcross

I wouldn't recommend. So many over qualified cellar hands, hoping to find a job as a winemaker. Want a job in the wine sector, take up Viticulture. That is where the quality of wine is created, and there are HEAPS of jobs available

The latest from @sears. Someone one will call you in 72 hours to see what we can do. How does that help me with a #refrigerator that isn’t working for almost a week. Oh and the call center said just go buy non perishable food until your fridge gets fixed. #customerservicefail

2/3 The company called and said no they are not coming out Tuesday. They have no one available and in fact @Sears never checked and confirmed with them that they can send someone out. So no repair scheduled, have to throw away food and now another hour on hold.
So only @Sears responded saying a company will come out tomorrow (Tuesday) to fix the refrigerator. 1/3

@searscares bought a new refrigerator from you six months ago. Already had to have it serviced twice. Called today for repair. It’s not keeping anything cold. Told maybe someone can come out next week. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. I have no working refrigerator and food is spoiling.
