Our weekly gardening group - ‘Growing Together’ have been sowing some vegetable seeds 🌱 which will be transplanted in our allotments in a few months. Today we planted carrots, hot peppers, sprouts, cabbage, onions and Tomatoes. 🥕 🧅 🌶️ 🍅 @HarbourAdultOT @HarbourIP

We are taking part in Tough Mudder 2025 to raise money in aid of suicide prevention. All funds will be donated to PAPYRUS charity who provide support to young people struggling with thoughts of suicide.

One of our service users due to leave hospital soon loves to recycle. ♻️ We have recycled used paper medical pots to make some paper poppies for our Remembrance Day display on the ward🌺
