Another full house at V2 of @ku1deep’s Negotiations workshop!
4hrs+ - and the man, as well as this very invested room full of participants - could go on.
Thank you to everyone who made it on a Sunday evening! 🫡
you can tell so much about a school leader by the way in which they engage with civic issues, whether they do it publicly, and what power & resources they bring to the problem
watching & learning keenly from the head of Inventure Academy 👇
26 Oct #BackToSchool hoping for a #BetterBengaluru starting with #SH35
As #Bengaluru settles back into its school routine, today gave us another useful data point on the SH-35 corridor.
44 of our 62 buses reached school by 7:30 am. The evening journey home was better and averaged 17.3 km/h, with 5 of 61 routes taking over 100 minutes.
With some schools still on break and no rain today, these numbers need context. We will keep tracking as more schools return, comparing journeys, identifying patterns and understanding where better coordination and infrastructure improvements could make a lasting difference.
For the 40,000+ children who use this corridor, their teachers and families, reliable journeys mean more time for learning, growth, rest and life beyond school. They also help faculty arrive ready to teach, with more energy for their students.
We appreciate the efforts of traffic police and civic agencies. Our hope is that sustained progress will allow us to restore normal school hours and reclaim learning time lost to traffic.
This is a shared road and a shared responsibility. Let’s keep working on it together as schools, families, fellow commuters and civic agencies.

Come spend your Sunday evening with us talking about trust, conflict, power, interests, and more fun stuff that make us such interesting social beings 💁
It has become clear that the 'hard' skills are now easy, and the so-called soft skills are actually hard to learn & do
So we're doing it again! V2 of @ku1deep's workshop on Negotiations happening next Sunday.
Free to attend, but limited spots to keep it interactive. Link below:
cooked straight out of the overwhelming nostalgia for Delhi college life food 😭🧿
(But dressed up a little bit for an early Diwali gathering)
took me sometime, and I’m not sure that this is the right conclusion, but maybe:
not putting up with disrespect from others = 10x more of I respect my values / desires / needs + I don’t need you to like me in every interaction

Everyday I am reminded how much damage was done to generations of Indian youth because the smart people were told to be quiet and humble and let their work speak, while the idiots were given free rein to have a personality.

People need to understand this: these billionaire tech bros teach their children Montessori and Waldorf methods which focuses on teaching kids the ability to focus for long periods, think critically, and be creative, while they push attention-destroying short form videos and AI onto the masses and pretend it’s for the good of humanity.
They understand that your ability to focus and be creative is the main factor of success in the future, yet design apps that degrade those crucial life skills. The average person must be aware of this and resist this at all costs.
Wow. Been on Plum for ~5 years now. Paid in full for many products/ services on this map that I didn’t know had Plum perks 😭
📢 🗺️ We made a map for Bengaluru where we mapped out all the healthy spots in the city.

S/O to @aditi_tibarewal and @ankitkr0 for the inspiration.
2yo has probably clocked in 300 hours of uninterrupted pouring/transferring already
An innate need indeed
I’m clearly not a “remember to soak your dry fruits” or “eat a spoon full of seeds” kind of person
but I am a pop some chocolate granola for small treats kind of person
You don’t even need to remind me
