• Guardeer built a large trading community around ICT/SMC education and later launched Guardeer Prime, marketing it as a premium order-flow platform with institutional-grade CME data.
• The Prime software was promoted heavily before many users had access to test it.
• Users questioning the software in Discord were reportedly told that the CME market data came through dxFeed.
• Then traders tagged @dxFeedSolutions on X.
• dxFeed responded publicly, stating that it had not authorised Guardeer Prime or Dr Sierra as a customer, partner, reseller, or distributor of CME Group market data, and said any claim suggesting such authorisation was inaccurate.
This raises a simple question:
If dxFeed publicly denies the relationship, why were traders allegedly being told the data source was through dxFeed?
The trading community deserves clear answers, transparent proof of data licensing, and accountability—not marketing claims that later come under question.
