Imran Khan’s blood pressure has been hovering around 190 for three days prior to his meeting with Salman Safdar, per @adeelraja. This is a life threatening crisis.

Just look at Imran Khan’s strength, courage & unwavering faith. Even after being shot four times, he stood on his own feet, raised his fist, smiled, and sent a powerful message to his supporters.
"We will not be intimidated, we will not be afraid, and we will never bow before them".
Defeating this man is no easy task. Fighting against him is even harder. You cannot break a man whose strength comes from his faith and whose courage cannot be shaken by fear.
Just as Allah protected him and gave him strength during that difficult moment, I believe Allah is giving him the same patience, faith, and strength even today, while he remains behind bars.
His comeback will be so powerful that the entire world will witness it.
InshaAllah. 🇵🇰

I often wonder how people whose BP reaches even 140 struggle so much that they have to rush to the hospital. Even after receiving medical treatment, taking tablets or getting injections, it takes them time to recover.
But in Imran Khan’s case, his blood pressure is as high as 192. How is he managing to survive in such a small cell without proper medical treatment, hospital visits or regular check-ups by doctors?
I believe that offering prayers and reciting the Holy Quran give him immense spiritual strength, peace and courage. The patience and resilience he is showing in these circumstances are truly remarkable.
May Allah protect him, grant him good health, strength and patience, and bring him relief soon. Ameen.

If you pay attention, not a single US president has ever refused to leave office after losing an election or violated the constitutional process of transferring power.
Elections are held, and whoever loses accepts the results peacefully and steps aside instead of stealing electoral mandates or having elected representatives abducted.
Yet, the same America has made life extremely difficult for people in other countries. It uses its financial and political power to influence their internal affairs, often supporting individuals who prioritise their personal gains over national interests, while turning a blind eye to democracy and the rule of law.
For instance, during Joe Biden’s presidency, Imran Khan’s government was removed from power in Pakistan, and a new army chief was appointed. Later, when Donald Trump won the US elections, Joe Biden peacefully accepted the outcome and handed over power.
This is the double standard, America protects democratic values and the rule of law within its own borders, but its foreign policy has repeatedly undermined those same principles in other nations, leaving their populations to bear the consequences for decades.

Imran Khan’s family has raised high alarms after his lawyer met him recently in jail.
Urgent medical care must be provided to Imran Khan! Isolation must end.

Day 46. My mother @DrUzma_KhanPK and my aunts @Aleema_KhanPK and @Noreen_KhanPK, all around 70, remain in Kot Lakhpat Jail without charge under the MPO.
Today the Federal Constitutional Court ordered the Peshawar High Court to stop hearing MPO detention cases "until further orders". The argument put to it: where the army operates, a High Court cannot interfere.
That court was created by the 27th Amendment – the same amendment that made Field Marshal Asim Munir Chief of Defence Forces and gave him immunity from criminal proceedings for life. @UNHumanRights warned it would "seriously undermine judicial independence".
So the state can detain anyone under the MPO, and the courts may not even hear the challenge. In Lahore, my family's petition was closed on a technicality after their detention was extended by another 30 days. Yesterday, the judge did not even show up for my mother's and aunt's hearing.
This is not the rule of law. It is rule by one man.
Charge them or release them.

🚨 URGENT HUMAN RIGHTS ALERT: PAKISTAN 🚨
IMRAN KHAN’S LIFE MAY BE AT GRAVE RISK.
After seven months without access, his lawyer finally met him on 2 November and reportedly raised alarming concerns about his blood pressure, said to have reached 192.
His family demands immediate transfer to an independent hospital, access to his personal physician, and proper medical care.
Prolonged isolation and denial of adequate healthcare raise urgent questions. The authorities must act and be held accountable.

Imran Khan’s blood pressure is not being adequately managed by the jail authorities. He urgently needs proper treatment in a hospital, along with the medical care and remedies directed by the Supreme Court. These are still being denied, placing his health at serious risk. Bushra Bibi’s eye condition is also a matter of extreme concern. She requires surgery and further treatment in a hospital, not in prison, where the risk of further impairment remains. She is reportedly struggling to open her eyes. This is deeply worrying and cannot be ignored. It is now becoming increasingly evident that the recent meeting permitted between Khan Sahib and his counsel, Barrister Salman Safdar, was merely a box-ticking exercise to pave the way for the hurried conviction of both in the Al-Qadir case.
Political victimisation and the crushing of basic human rights seem to know no bounds. The continued denial of proper medical care to two prisoners is not just deeply inhumane, but puts their health and well-being at grave risk.

These beghairat people first mentally tortured Imran Khan and now they are physically torturing him. And God forbid, if anything happens to him, these people will spread propaganda that he was already old or had a heart condition.
Barrister Salman Safdar, that beghairat, met him two days ago. Why isn't he telling the people the whole truth? Does he also enjoy being abused?
If he has told Imran Khan's sister, Rubina Khan, the whole truth, then why isn't she making everything public? God forbid, if something happens to him, will you reveal everything to the public after that?
So that the whole world can know what this Yazid regime is doing to Pakistan's most popular leader, Imran Khan, in jail.
