Well that settles it. Our first Star Trek deck must be based on Picard in honor of the passing of Patrick Stewart. What cards shall we add my fiery friends?

#RIP #MTGxStarTrek

Im not the biggest Star Trek fan but I was always a fan of Sir Patrick Stuart's acting. It was passionate yet calculated with every delivery. Opening the next set just got harder. RIP to a true legend.

Sometimes I forget that Cowboy Bebop had some REALLY messed up stuff, like turning people into monkeys. A perfect thematic fit for a MtG proxy card of Pongify.

I went to a large-ish Magic event when I was in high school. I asked my round 1 opponent if I could read a card he played. He replied "Don't touch my cards! If you don't already know that card you should just leave now, because you have no chance of winning this tournament."
MERC Sormil (@sormiltcg) profile pictureMERC Sormil@sormiltcgOct 28
Was playing at my first ever MTG locals and my round 1 opponent beat me so fast and handed me this saying “You should study this before playing here” He also told me to stick to commander :( Safe to say I left immediately and unfortunately will not be playing the game 🥲

Here's how you can make a creature EVERY creature type (except for that one you really don't want it to be *cough* Borg *cough*).
