Just caught @RosalieMinnitt’s ‘CLEMENTINE’ in @underbelly, at @edfringe. Only the second show on our trip here, suggested on a whim by @afront, but the other stuff we’ve got booked in is going to have to HUSTLE to match it, super fun. 🙌🏼 #EdFringe

Replying to @pteittinen @afront
Here's the final tally. 17 778 tracks in total. ~95% italo/synth/electropop. Missing from Tidal: 1 460 Missing from Deezer: 582 TuneMyMusic was used for both transfers. It's included in Deezer sub but for Tidal I had to get a $4.5 monthly sub to TMM. Easy to cancel, of course.

“We wanted the album to be a peep-show of sounds, a glimpse into a seedy world, a soundtrack to a striptease clip joint, a well-thumbed diary of glimpses through a red-lit doorway.” @softcellhq album Non-Stop Erotic Cabaret at 40. electricity-club.co.uk/soft-…

A Kraftwerk-inspired concept album of #Dune music! boingboing.net/2021/10/22/wh… Fabulous. #music #books #film

What if Kraftwerk made a Dune concept album? Now we know the answer.

Joel Hamburger is a music producer who owns Gödelstring Studios in Brooklyn. As far as I'm aware, he's also the only person to ever make an entire Dune-inspired concept album…
