We went from $0 to six figures ARR in August on a new product @agentscoretrust I have done zero to one before and I still forgot how alive you feel in this stage of company building. Chewing glass, taking nos from prospects, trying to figure out channels, iterating, and knowing it's starting to work is genuine fun. We're still early, and the exact ARR number isn't what matters, but it is the beginning of the coming industrialization. The exact path is still unknown, but we chart a course we know will eventually work. There is nothing more alive than being in this climate, with a small team of people just like you, with battle tested investors. And what is even more motivating is to know that once at $10m ARR, the rules of culture scaling have changed, significantly. The company will be nerdy forever. Cheers to nerds going 50x long soon.

We just put a contract review agent into production at @agentscoretrust, specializing in data contracts. The standard it reads is what @seanthorneai and I learned negotiating $40M of contracts running @PeopleDataLabs: which clause is worth money, which absence bites and more.

Nothing more satisfying than making that slight pivot and driving from 0 to 6 figure ARR in a few weeks. 🐝🐝🐝

Each day I figure out new use cases to use our internal agents for. Simple use cases that used to take hours by hand or via combing tools are now just the job of the agent. In this case, @agentscoretrust GTM Agent enriched the attendees of a conference I am going to in one shot.

Founders are the best sales people yet the worst at updating Salesforce and getting context to their teams on deals. I’m not sure how this plays long term but I simply update my pipeline via voice to our @agentscoretrust GTM Agent which then updates our company brain called Hivemind. @varunv_88 has theorized about headless CRMs before, now we are living it.

As we've been deep diving into building our own agents and looking at the off the shelf alternatives, one thing really stands out. The tooling isn't the hard part anymore. It's what the agent knows about your business, and what it's allowed to do with that.

Our thesis at @agentscoretrust is that AI eventually comes to Main Street. Not if, when. And the businesses with the most to gain are the ones with the least written down.

In ten years of doing startups, I never shipped a single change to my own company's product or website. Not because anyone stopped me. The path did not exist. I wrote detailed requests, and I waited. Now I open pull requests. I ship website copy, I fix our docs, and when a customer call ends I write down what we agreed and put it into our company brain myself which we call our Hivemind. Not notes in my notebook. The place everyone reads, so the next person or agent who touches that account already knows, with no handoff and no meeting to relay it. "I can just do things" sounds like the guardrails came off. It is the opposite. They moved out of people's calendars and into the system. That changes the whole week. Most meetings are telling people what happened, or waiting on a yes. Both of those live in the system now. So we barely have recurring meetings, and nobody's job is keeping other people updated. Everyone is a capitalist, tasked with building and bringing on customers. There is a profoundly different org structure that will be industrialized at @agentscoretrust thanks to this change, for the better. Ten years of asking. Now I just do it.

14 trending early projects. Here's the honest tier breakdown. S Tier — three clear standouts: Agentscore — commerce infrastructure for AI agents. Verify buyers, accept payments, gate compliance at scale. As the agent economy grows, every agent needs this. x402 handles payments; Agentscore handles trust. Different layer. @cabals — private group perp trading on @HyperliquidX . The social layer is the missing piece of every perp DEX. Right product, right chain, right timing. @HundredExchange — equity perp futures on Canton Network. The same chain generating $66.6M/month in holder revenue. Institutional rails + equity access = genuinely differentiated. A Tier: @blinktrade (NASDAQ infra + Solana speed), Proof Markets (parallel outcome derivatives), @PaperClip (AI agent ops), @Dart (anti-MEV DEX on Solana). B Tier: @Dekantfi , @Pelionexchange , @LOOP, Quay — right thesis, need product validation. C Tier: @FoglightPrivacy , @xelebofficial , Ventari — too early to evaluate. The pattern in S Tier: all three are infrastructure for what's already happening — institutional trading, agent economy, social trading. Not bets on future narratives. Bets on present infrastructure gaps. Not financial advice. DYOR.

Wine on Solana, now for humans and agents
We recorded the first fully autonomous AI agent wine purchase on @Solana. @agentscoretrust enabled the policies including KYC to verify 21+ to purchase wine from @martinestateai. The agent handled the rest, payment over @solana via @mpp rails, order confirmed. AgentScore is the commerce layer for agentic commerce, onboarding everyday merchants into the new economy.
