They have to drop another episode. The Diplomat can not end the season like that. There are laws. I’m sure of it.

📸 President @JoeBiden was recently spotted shopping at Old Navy in Rehoboth Beach. He spent 36 years in the U.S. Senate, 8 years as Vice President, and 4 years as President of the United States. And there he is… shopping at Old Navy like everybody else. No entourage shutting down a luxury store. No designer boutique. Just Joe looking for a deal. Trump would NEVER.

🚨 BREAKING: An American oil tanker has been targeted and decimated in the Persian Gulf — hours after Trump told tankers to “show some guts” and enter the Strait. An American ship. Trump told them to go. They went. Iran was waiting. This is not a policy failure. This is not a miscalculation. The President of the United States told American civilian mariners to sail into an active war zone — against the advice of every intelligence agency, every shipping authority, and every insurer on earth. And an American ship is now destroyed. Who was on that ship? Trump told America to inject bleach. Trump told tanker crews to show some guts. People pay the price every time. He moves on every time. Not this time.

To the world. We're very very sorry. Although he is the president he isn't who we really are. Very hard to be persuasive on this point since we put him in office...twice. We need your help. Stand with us, the Americans. We're still here. Struggling with guilt and outrage and fear. Help us retain our pride. When we do,come visit. We'll hug and smile and recall our past and new future. This hatred that stands between us will be defeated. We've come too far with much further to travel. America has never been perfect. Far from that ,but we dream of individual freedoms and equality. Still. Forgive us. Join us.

Kash Patel has made our country less safe. He has put fealty to Trump over his sworn oath to the constitution.

Wait that’s all we have to do??? Can we go back to America before Jan 20, 2025 based on customer response (every legitimate poll)?

Can you possibly trust a President who can't spell, has serious problems with grammar, and capitalizes at random? I think not. A President who can't write can't think. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Last night's phone call from a life long British friend who is in the upper hierarchy of their intelligent service. Paraphrase his opening line: "Peter, I can't understand why your national media failed to report what most NATO countries and Israel have known for over a decade:

🚨MAJOR BREAKING: In the most disgusting moment of his presidency, Trump says he “never had the ‘privilege’ of going to Epstein Island.” NEVER HAD THE PRIVILEGE? There is no coming back from this. Anyone who supports him now is as disgusting as he is.

📸 Additional photos of President Biden greeting family and friends after paying his respect to the Hortmans. Notice he even took time to acknowledge and pet the service dogs. ♥️
🚨 NEW: The Consoler in Chief, President Joe Biden, just paid his respects at the Minnesota Capitol to the late Speaker Emerita Melissa Hortman and her husband Mark — honoring a life of service, love, and leadership as they lie in state.

A huge blow was dealt to hurricane forecasters this week as a critical tool was abruptly terminated by @DeptofDefense and @NOAA. The immediate discontinuation of data from 3 weather satellites will severely impact hurricane forecasts this season and beyond michaelrlowry.substack.com/p…

BREAKING: The Senate Parliamentarian becomes MAGA's public enemy #1 after she takes a blowtorch to Donald Trump's "big, beautiful bill" and strips out several key provisions — including ones related to the border. This woman is single-handedly saving our country from Republicans... "There is no better way to define this Big Beautiful Betrayal of a bill than families lose, and billionaires win. Democrats are on the side of families and workers and are scrutinizing this bill piece by piece to ensure Republicans can’t use the reconciliation process to force their anti-worker policies on the American people," stated Senator Jeff Merkley, ranking member of the Senate Budget Committee. Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough — who previously ruled that several pieces of the bloated, destructive legislation had to be removed — has now announced that sections that would allow states to conduct border "security" and immigration enforcement must be taken out. Such duties traditionally fall under the purview of the federal government. Once again, MacDonough has said that the provisions she's targeting run afoul of the Byrd Rule, which puts restrictions on what can be included in reconciliation bills. If the bill is to be passed on a simple majority vote, they must be removed. "The Byrd Rule is enshrined in law for a reason, and Democrats are making sure it is enforced,” said Senator Merkley. Additionally, MacDonough ruled against a section which increases the size of contributions to the Federal Employees Retirement Systems that civil servants must make if they refuse to become at-will employees. Perhaps best of all, she advised against a section that would permit the executive branch to dramatically reorganize or even entirely eliminate agencies without congressional oversight — something that the Trump administration is desperate to do with numerous agencies including the Department of Education. Ultimately, Republicans want to slash away at the federal government until there's nothing left to protect Americans from total corporate rule. While the war to kill this bill is far from over, victories like this should be celebrated. Please retweet and ❤️ to thank Elizabeth MacDonough!
