Two things @TallyForms is doing right with their "how did you hear about us" survey: - randomizing the order of the answers (you won't believe how many companies don't do this. people are lazy and will often click the first response just to make it go away.) - if you choose AI, they'll ask you what your prompt was (simple but very smart.) whoever's doing AEO for them is doing a good job.

In the first ep of Field Notes, @Denhoff_, @iPullRank, and I get tactical around answer engine optimization: what is and how to do it. Plus Mike shares the single channel he's made the most money from (you prob won't see this coming.)

SGE is taking content point-blank from HubSpot's site without even adding HubSpot as a link in the right—pretty ridiculous.

@rustybrick thoughts? My theory is that generating a wholly unique answer using AI is way too expensive to do for every query, so Google is instead reiterating the featured snippet as a shortcut for straightforward searches.

HubSpot currently has 29 people and 6.4K employees total and I'd love some leads to reach out to & hopefully understand what the next stage of the team might look like.

Thank-you notes don't make a difference to me unless they're personalized and specific. - Referring back to something we talked about - Sending me something I was curious about - Reiterating why you're excited about the role (ideally w/something you learned from our convo)
