Happy New Year!!! 🥳 Week one back at work was exciting and exhausting all at once. I was completely worn out… especially after being taped to the wall THREE times for our 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders who met their quarterly goals. 😅 It was totally worth it!☺️

Shout out to our phenomenal art teacher, webmaster, and PR pro, @TeachMrsTerrell for putting together this amazing open house introduction to highlight our Benfer Bobcats in action. #BobcatPride 🧡🐾💙 facebook.com/share/v/1LWnbGH…

Our 4th & 5th grade Bobcats had a blast today celebrating their overall success on the 2025 STAAR! 🎉 They earned some fun in the sun with a doughnut truck 🍩 and even a dunking booth 💦. Way to go Bobcats… we are so proud of you! 💙🐾🧡

As I begin my 6th year as principal, I couldn’t be more proud to celebrate our 2025 STAAR results: 📈 6 points growth overall 🏆 A high “B” rating ⭐️ 6 Distinctions earned! Here’s to our Benfer Bobcats continuing the climb together… stronger than ever!

Last night there was a storm that came through and we had no idea the damage it would cause. At the same time, we had our Benferwood Family Dance Party happening and even when the lights went out, we kept on having fun. Glad this memory was captured. 🧡🐾💙

Check out my @KleinOak senior who’s selected a college for the fall. Looking forward to being a bobcat mom in the near future. #TexasStateUniversity 🐾 – at Houston, TX
