Nup, fast charging at home is great. And Vehicle to Load is a great feature, if the power goes off you can plug your fridge into the car, charge your phone/laptop etc. There's rumours that in future cars like the EV6 will have a software update to allow V2G - fingers crossed..

⚛️ @abcnews's recent #FactCheck made a classic rookie error in calculating that the latest US nukes had "build times of 10.1 and 10.4 years". depending how you count it, it took somewhere between 13.9 years and ~19 years to build them. easy mistake to make. let me explain… 🧵
Minister for Climate Change and Energy @BowenChris says the average build time for a nuclear power plant in the US has been 19 years. #RMITABCFactCheck finds that claim to be exaggerated: ab.co/3TnAHc1 #AusPol #FactCheck

The comprehensive review of human knowledge of the climate crisis took hundreds of scientists eight years to compile and runs to thousands of pages, but boiled down to one message: act now, or it will be too late. theguardian.com/environment/…

Just checking if @TimWattsMP is legitimately on the other site? If so welcome, and if not you have an impersonator...

It’s reprehensible that @elonmusk is calling for the prosecution of Tony Fauci. I didn’t agree with some of his views, but no one had a more difficult job during C19. All public officials and public health practitioners on this platform should call this out.

1) the crypto industry has tried to buy off both parties. SBF was a huge donor to Dems ($40 million), but his cohort at Alameda, Ryan Salame, gave $23 million to Repubs. They were playing both sides.

Probably what @theage @Gay_Alcorn should have done today instead of making it a page 1. Have we learnt nothing from 2016? @FarrahTomazin
