Gave a guest lecture today in an introduction to urban studies class about Business Improvement Districts(BIDs) and Buffalo Place. Always nice to be back at UB!

It's actually like that b/c South Park used have a bridge there so the trains could go under it to go to Elk Terminal Market....that's why Ballyhoo is up steps to get in too, b/c the entrance was at road level. So that door would have been under the underpass, at the train level
