A challenging start to the 26/27 season. A well deserved 3pts and a clean sheet yesterday. Delighted for Zach, some important saves at key moments. 🧤

An exciting new chapter for our football club. ⚽️
The takeover also provides an opportunity to recognise the important role Kelvin Thomas has played in taking over and stabilising the club over the past 11 years. I’m personally grateful for his support and guidance along the way.
A new chapter begins with our new owners, with strong foundations already in place to build upon.

Such heartbreaking news. Thoughts with Kevin’s family and friends.
Everyone at Wigan Athletic is deeply saddened and devastated to learn about the sudden passing of Goalkeeping Coach Kevin Miller.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Kevin's family, friends and all who knew him. The Club asks for privacy for Kevin’s family and friends at this extremely difficult time.

Worked with and worked against. As honest as they come. Won’t be out of management long. All the best @RickyMarheineke ⚽️
After 12 and a half years of incredible service to this football club, St Ives Town can today announce that Ricky Marheineke has resigned from his position as First Team Manager.
Thank you for everything, Ricky! 🤍

Wishing Lee Burge all the very best for his next chapter. 🧤
A pleasure to work with everyday for the last four seasons. Some incredible highs with the 22/23 promotion season and some tough lows through injury setbacks and life challenges but plenty of great memories in between. Those moments matter just as much. It’s always more than just football.
Good luck….

🤝 We can confirm goalkeeper Lee Burge has left the club.
