I’m changing my mutant name to Oracle.
… Destiny, you’re DONE!
And I love the scalpel analogy because it’s just as sharp as the sword & symbolic to her healing journey from weapon to hero.

South of Midnight is packed with dark, gothic folklore you probably shouldn’t go digging into. Haints, boo hags, mythical creatures... All lurking in the shadows.
Oh! it’s 30% off on Steam. Just saying.👀🎃

Steve Rogers retired, explicitly stated he was no longer Captain America, and took control behind the scenes before this panel.
There's no "deeper meaning" here, HYDRA Steve is just conveying exactly what the ACTUAL Steve Rogers had stated was his position multiple times before.

Chip Zdarsky hasn't gotten enough criticism for his handling of Sam Wilson's Captain America in Avengers: Armageddon.
The event literally revolves around a prior Captain America successor and he does nothing to explore their relationship.
He just uses Bucky to shelve him.

And that honestly sounds more compelling as a T'Challa pitch than a Sam Wilson pitch.
I enjoyed my time with his work, I just think... Frankly... Those concepts took space away from things, like, establishing new villains for SamCap, new settings, etc.

You can tell Dr. Ewing had fun writing Dani and her powers by how versatile it was and how she described them. Dani created psionic projections to interrogate, create disguises, and create a non-panic distraction. I love it when writers get her powers. #xspoilers

FIRST LOOK | MAXIMUM X-MEN #2
The Negative Zone has exploded out into Atlanta! An army of the Zone’s most powerful villains threaten the Earth! And after the cataclysmic events of Armageddon, the Avengers are no more! Who’s left to save the world? The X-Men. (1/2)
Since when has anti-mutant prejudice stopped the X-Men from saving the world?
Wait so how is Storm's Team of Mutants taking over for the Avengers
But Post DNX, anti-mutant prejudice is at a new All Time High?
This is what I mean when I say that Editorial is Asleep at the Wheel...cause those two plot points are in direct conflict #Xspoilers
