Agree or disagree?
This is exactly why I was never a fan of the new form factor and the Duo app experience. For a $2,000 device, I expected a significantly better, more polished app experience from day one.
Since most apps already support the iPad, I feel sticking with that layout would have been a much better approach than introducing something entirely new. Realistically, itās going to take years for even some of the biggest companies and most popular apps to fully optimise for Duo. Why compromise the user experience when a more mature layout already exists?
I donāt understand why people are making such a big deal out of a black and white logo. What difference would adding colour even make?

From day 1, the movie was marketed by highlighting DNEG, an 8 time Oscar winning VFX studio that also produced the film and worked on its VFX. But now the lead actor is asking audiences not to criticise the VFX mistakes?
When you build such massive expectations, you must be ready to face criticism too.
See, the problem here is that most of the audience isn't even going to complain about minor VFX mistakes. Look at SSR's previous films. Has he ever come on stage and asked people to ignore small mistakes? No. Because the audience was so invested in the story and the experience that those things barely mattered. And that's exactly how cinema works.
Of course, there will always be a small section of people who pause every frame, zoom in and find mistakes. That's inevitable, and nobody is defending unnecessary negativity.
But here's the real issue. When you market a film by constantly highlighting its 500+ crore budget, an Oscar-winning VFX studio and Hollywood-level production quality, you're the one setting those massive expectations. Naturally, audiences are going to judge the film against the standards YOU advertised.
You can't spend months hyping up the technical brilliance of your film and then come on stage asking people to overlook technical flaws. That's contradictory, and it only makes people question how confident you are in your own product.
Look at KGF. People walked into theatres without knowing what kind of cinematic experience they were about to get, and the film became a nationwide phenomenon. That's what happens when the content speaks for itself.
My point is simple: Stop telling audiences what to expect, what to ignore and how to judge your film. Let them walk into theatres and experience it for themselves. If the film is genuinely good, people will celebrate it regardless of who's behind or in front of the camera. And if it isn't, no amount of hype, budget figures or excuses will change that.
Let the movie do the talking.

Do we need to migrate just because a new API exists?
For us, no.
But Navigation 3 was something we actually needed.
