eric says to watch ‘boys over flowers’ if you’re attending his fanmeeting next weekend!
🅱️ youngjae-ya, should i watch ‘boys over flowers’ before going to the fanmeeting?
🦄 actually, i think it would be better to come knowing at least a bit of the story rather than coming without knowing at all
🦄 if you’re coming to the fanmeeting, please watch all of ‘boys over flowers’!
🦄 but, i think there are 20 episodes… is it 22 episodes*? (*there are actually 25 episodes)
🦄 there’s still a week left until the fanmeeting, so you can watch about three episodes a day…watch two or episodes a day
🦄 each episode is an hour long, so if you watch two or three episodes a day, you can finish it all~
🦄 if you haven’t watched it yet, please watch it before coming
🦄 even if you watched it, and if it’s been a while since you’ve watched it, watch it again!
🦄 that way, i think you’ll be able to enjoy the fanmeeting a little more!

🦄 still, i’m glad that you slept well
🦄 have a great day!
🦄 have a positive mindset
🦄 o k?
🦄 “it’s hard, it’s hard~” if you think this way, then it will really be hard
🦄 think “i can do it!”
🦄 let’s do our best and try to do well at everything
🦄 studies, work, anything
🦄 be grateful that you can do it!!
🦄 there are people who want to do it but can’t
A deobi told Eric not to push himself too hard, but he said that if he doesn't push himself. He has to push himself so he can see deobis more often, show us a better side of himself, better performances, and let us listen to better music. So that's why he pushes himself because of us, and if it weren't for us, he wouldn't push himself.
Today, the court held the second trial for Cha Gawon. Her charges include violations of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes.
Cha Gawon completely denied the fraud charges again at her second trial. Her position was that although she had received money, there had been no act of deception.
Cha's side also denied the indictment fact. She also appointed a new legal representative, changing from lawyer Min Byungkwon of Law Firm PIL to lawyer Eom Sangseop of law firm Jipyong.
Lawyer Eom acknowledged that money had been received from Knowmerce and others, but said there had been no deception or intent in the process of receiving the money.
Lawyer Eom also said there were no problems with the contract process with Knowmerce and discussions had been conducted in the same normal way as before. Although the timing of the contract's start had been discussed, no definite answer had ever been given regarding a specific date.
Lawyer Eom also refuted the allegations related to Fromm, and said there had been no substantive preliminary contract discussions, and that the contract also specified that agreements could be made with other artists.
Cha's side also did not agree to around 20 written statements submitted by the prosecution. These included written statements from Baekhyun, Knowmerce, One Hundred's accounting team, tax accountants, and others.
The next trial will be held on December 7, 8, and 21. The prosecutor will call the witnesses that Cha's side did not agree to, one by one. These include the CEO of Knowmerce, Mr Jang, and accounting employees.

HUFFT Cha Gawon denied all charges at her first hearing in a fraud case involving around 30 billion won.
The allegations include:
1. 5.5 billion won related to a Taemin performance contract (Knowmerce).
2. 5.5 billion won related to Taemin merchandise distribution (Knowmerce).
3. 12.1 billion won related to CBX merchandise production and distribution (Knowmerce).
4. 1.1 billion won related to a fromis9 platform business (Knowmerce).
5. Around 5.4 billion won related to jeonse deposit fraud involving Jang.
The first four allegations involve a total of 24.2 billion won in advance payments from Knowmerce.
Cha Gawon's side requested the dismissal of the compensation order for around 5.4 billion won applied for by Jang, who was identified as a victim in connection with the jeonse deposit fraud.
The court stated that the explanation of the correlation between the deceptive act and the amount obtained through fraud seemed insufficient and asked the prosecution to supplement the facts alleged in the indictment.
The next hearing is scheduled for November 3 to discuss the admission or denial of evidence and plans for proving the allegations. Witness examinations are planned for December.
