gracefulfleur.xn--6ii I know this might be a sensitive topic for some, but I wanted to share something personal. Lately, I’ve been feeling stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed by my own thoughts. My mind has been running nonstop, and the constant overthinking feels like a hamster running on a wheel. It’s even gotten to the point where my hair has started falling out. I’ve been trying to make positive changes, though. I recently signed up for cycling and HIIT classes with some colleagues from work, and honestly, it’s been making me feel so much better, thank God. It feels good to get out of my head for a little while and focus on something that makes me happy. I’ve also been trying to come on here more often and stay as active as possible. Being here, interacting with everyone, and surrounding myself with people who make me smile has been another way of finding comfort through everything. But I also know that keeping myself busy isn’t the same as finding peace. I still need to learn how to slow down, quiet my thoughts, and give myself room to breathe. These past couple of weeks have been a lot, but they’ve reminded me that you can be grateful for your life and still have difficult days. You can be strong and still feel overwhelmed. You can be making progress and still need time to heal. I’m also incredibly grateful for the wonderful people I have on here who constantly remind me that I’m loved, heard, and that my feelings matter. Your kindness means more than words can express, and I hope I make you feel just as loved and appreciated as you make me feel. To anyone going through something similar, please remember that you don’t have to have everything figured out. Don’t compare your journey to someone else’s, and don’t be so hard on yourself for not being where you thought you’d be by now. Celebrate the little victories, even if it’s simply getting through a difficult day. Life isn’t a race, and healing isn’t a competition. You’re allowed to grow at your own pace. Be gentle with yourself and extend that same kindness to others. You never know what someone might be silently going through. And if there’s one thing I hope you take away from this, it’s that even on the days when your light feels a little dim, it doesn’t mean you’ve stopped shining. Keep going. Keep growing. And please, don’t forget to live a little along the way. 💕🌸

Paris was a much-needed escape, but not a day went by without thinking of my children. I made sure to check in every day and call them every night before bed, just to see their faces and hear their voices. Being away reminded me how beautiful life is, and how precious these little moments are. So, I’ve returned home just in time to celebrate Halloween with my favorite little people before heading back to Paris. After all, Paris can wait a little longer. My children will always come first. And a special thank you to the wonderful @codebreakcarter for putting together such a lovely Halloween celebration and giving us all an opportunity to make beautiful memories together. Your time, effort, and thoughtfulness are truly appreciated, Miss Carter.
