ALT Start by looking at your breast in the mirror with your shoulder straight and your arms on your hips, what to look for changes in breast size shape, texture, color, visible distortion, or swelling. If you notice, dumpling, puckering, skin, redness, or soreness, bring it to your doctor‘s attention. Two: raise your arms and look for the same changes. Three: while at the mirror, look for any signs of fluid coming out of one or both nipples. Four: while lying down use your right hand to feel your left breast, use a firm, smooth touch with the first few finger pads on your hand. Cover the entire breast from top to bottom side to side from your collarbone at the top of your abdomen. And from your armpit to your cleavage. Feel for lumps or changes to your breast. Replicate with left hand on right breast.
